It’s so disappointed for the 4 night stay this time given the below highlights:
1) bedsheets and sofa are full of dirty liquid stains and smell of cigarette, bathroom hygiene and water flow etc but the check-in staff was very nice and he tried his best to find a more pleasant room for me, found one not a little better but must accept some downside.
2) no breakfast provided due to kitchen closedown, although it’s rated as 4-stars hotel but it’s far below
3) the supervisor is not friendly at all, I stayed there for 4 nights and I requested to check out 1 hour later due to my flight and meeting I need a quiet place for that 30mins, he simply rejected with serious face by saying the hotel is full. Sorry to say that I’ve observed this time that the hotel is so empty and completely quiet, business is so bad, the day I requested for only 1 hour later was on Monday, not weekend. I tried to explain to him that I am your regular guest here but ….. anyway, that’s what I felt uncomfortable this time.
5) drinking water was refilled with open cap without seal up, the fridge water was left over from previous guests, I won’t dare to drink at all.
However, I must give credit to all other staff eg Kimchi, Lyna etc who appeared extremely helpful and friendly.
