This hotel is my favourite of all the hotels I have stayed in the last 10 years. A small hotel with big service. The staff are exceptionally nice and genuinely friendly. A nice swimming pool and comfy seating in lobby. The rooms although not big are well fitted. The bathroom is stylish and well maintained. I would suggest a warning of the extremely hot water in the shower a good complaint as many hotels in Asia have no hot water. The bed is extremely comfortable and the pillows are luxurious and soft. Plenty of power points in the room. The hotel is next door to Vireak Buntham Bus station which is a great company. As I mentioned earlier the staff are exceptionally efficient and genu. genuinely nice and helpful plus highly trained to look after their customers. The breakfast is cooked to order and very nice. This is my no 1 choice in Phnom Penh. Conor Gilligan

A great location for the nationwide VET Airbus service. The bus station is literally next door so I gave top marks. Better options available downtown if visiting Phnom Penh. The hotel was a bit 1970’s/80’s in decor but good enough for a one night stay. I found the breakfast disappointing. It was a bit underwhelming if you’re starting a long bus journey-US$7.50 ( see photo). For tourists, charge a bit more, say US$12.50 and give a 2 egg omelette , unlimited coffee etc, proper bacon slices and send the punter away happy. The bus station has a restaurant attached as an alternative.

The bedding used for rooms is good quality. The rooms are clean and wide. The stuff are helpful
