Pool? dirty-not maintained Receptionist? Fine but ‘hanging’ seems like working’athome’ Cleaning / general staff? Busy resting in a spare room next to reception area. Very unprofessional coz even I said hello many times , she acted as she was very busy attending to a phone call while Lying in the bed wearing work uniform. If it’s her break time, why stay there in the room next to reception area?? Oh is that the staff room? It’s very visible from outside and looks very unprofessional, and people can just hang out near reception/receiving area ,SMOKING. Not good experience, EXPENSIVE BUT NOT WORTH IT.

Its too dirty, i cant even go to swim because of the pool is dirty 🥲 even the bedshit 🥲

Location wise, it’s in an accessible area with plenty of shops and food options nearby. The staff are very polite

Pretty okay, doesn’t really look like the photos and the floor was sticky but otherwise okay, AC was working and the bathroom was pretty clean

Run away from this one, that’s all what I can say. Everything is falling apart. Check google review and you will know what I mean.

Terrible place! The bed has stains, I barely slept 9n the bed, I slept on the edge with my own towel as a sheet. The toilet left with sponge and shower with empty bottles. Worst why I barely sleep, the lock of the Glassdoor in the balcony is broken, you cannot lock it. Also the stairs no handrails just steps alone. The staff, worse they don't even guide you to your room, you have to look for it yourself, I am annoyed because I am charged $5 extra just for having a toilet in my own room. Also one thing I recognize in this place is that, most people live here as tenants are from black people, I assume they are Africans. How do I know they live in this place? Because I saw them washing their own bed covers and sheets, the washing area is just in front of my room.

Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my experience at this villa was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the bedsheets, pillows, and blanket had a very unpleasant smell. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room and big rats at balcony and I ended up with many mosquito bites during my stay. What disappointed me even more was the way the cleaner handled the bedding. While changing the bedsheets, she literally threw the pillow onto the floor/steps, which were visibly unclean. I found this very unhygienic and unprofessional. The receptionist was okay, but she was not particularly polite or friendly. The cleaner was also rude and had a bad attitude, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. There were also several unfamiliar men around the property who made us feel uncomfortable. They were behaving strangely and staring at us in a way that felt creepy. I believe they may have been workers there, but I cannot say for certain. Because we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe, we decided to leave at night and walk out to find another place to stay. Even when we were leaving, the receptionist did not say goodbye or thank you. She simply ignored us with an unpleasant expression, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I originally booked the villa for 3 days, but because of the poor cleanliness, mosquito problem, uncomfortable atmosphere, and attitude of the staff, I decided that I could not stay for the remaining 2 nights. I politely asked to cancel the remaining 2 nights and even told them they could charge me whatever cancellation fee was necessary. However, instead of responding professionally and explaining the situation politely, the staff responded with an attitude and did not approve my request. I understand that the price is affordable, and I honestly did not expect luxury or highly professional treatment. I simply expected the room to be clean, hygienic, and comfortable enough to stay in. I was not asking for special treatment—just basic cleanliness and respectful communication. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, hygiene, staff attitude, and overall environment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this villa.
