I would have given this property 5 stars, but housekeeping entered my room unexpectedly thereby startling me. I did not have a sign outside of my door asking for cleaning service and therefore my privacy should not have been interrupted. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel manager, he apologized and said she knocked a few times. However, her service was not requested so why did she decide to enter? Nevertheless, the views and comforts are there despite an endless trail of ants. The front desk staff are welcoming and the neighborhood is filled with restaurants and shopping.

The location is good but a bit difficult to find. Near by the hotel, there’s many restaurants and local food. For the service, staff are friendly and kind. The decoration of room is comfortable and clean.

What a gem! I didn’t realise it has 9 floors. Amazing views and the sweetest staff ever! The girls were so kind and accommodating! Perfect location, you can walk everywhere.

It’s very spacious and clean. Easy walk to great food places. The building is quite old; but it’s charming.

The location is good, but the hotel is inside the street not on the main road. The service is good but the room is old.

The rooms are very clean and easy to live in, close to the Aeon Mall. The staff was very friendly and we were satisfied with every minute of our stay. I will use it again.

The room is look exactly how it is in booking app. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a big refrigerator and also the place that look like the kitchen make me feel like I’m home. The view from balcony is very pretty that we can see the beautiful building in Phnom Penh at night.

Just a room for sleeping, not something special

Ok for the price. Basic accommodation. No major complaints except location is very difficult to find as it’s in a small lane off the main road. Need better road signs and location instructions.

Excellent, comfortable and very clean hotel. The Staf are very friendly, especially the operation manager Brak Theara. When I come back, I will stay in this hotel for sure. It is close to the tuoristic places, such as the rever side and the royal palce. Alot of restuarants around there also. I recommend this hotel for tourists and business travelers. Thank you.
