Very nice and authentic hotel in traditional Khmer style. Gives an impression of being in a museum. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, nice view, rooftop pool. However, breakfast is quite modest with limited options and cleanliness level is disappointing. Be ready to have ants and cockroaches as neighbors.

The hotel had a problem providing the room due to some water issues in the room according to them. They offered another sister hotel, Okay Palace Hotel, nearby walking one minute. The room was big and fine however water pressure for shower was weak.

Great views from suite room with windows that can be opened for fresh air. We didn't use air-conditioning. I liked that the appliances like fridge were left unplugged. First time it made me think about whether I really need to buy that cold drink which then means turning on the fridge. So these little things to reduce consumption is good.

Nice hotel in a great central location! We could easily walk to the river, Royal Palace and Wat Ounalom Monastery. They must have made a mistake with our room and they tried to give us a room smaller than what we paid for, but when we told them they upgraded us to a larger room in the partner hotel behind the corner. The rooftop has a pretty good swimming pool and a great view on the town and river!

Very charming and interesting hotel un pure Cambodian style...all made of engraved wood You can smoke on room balcony. Everything was perfect, super buffet breakfast, wonderfull swimming pool on top roof with view on the city and Palaces. Nice bar with good Cappuccinos. Enployees very smiley...

The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly during the check in process and offered a refreshing drink. The room was basic, but had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. It also had a nice city view from the balcony. The pool is an added bonus and the breakfast was decent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with lovely and helpful staff.

I've traveled Europe and Asia many times over the past 20 years. I've stayed in hostels ranging from $4 per night, up to hotels at $450 per night, and I have never encountered a more bizarre, insane experience as I did at this place. Had they not did the astoundingly unbelievable thing they did, I bet this would've been a good stay. At about 11:30pm, a heard a man running around and yelling, while banging on everyone's door. I went to the door, opened it up and saw that the entire hallway was full of smoke. I hurredly grabbed my belongings (only took a few moments as I hadn't unpacked yet), and ran downstairs in the smoke-filled darkness and right into the lobby and out the door into the street where everyone else was with their belongings. Nobody knew what was going on, but the hotel staff was just standing at the counter without a care in the world. I went inside to the counter and asked them what's going on. They just laughed at all of us for freaking out thinking we may die in a fire, and stated that it was merely a bug bomb/fogger. So... 1- some genius decided it was a good idea to do this in the middle of the night without telling anyone (what else might they do without saying anything about it?). 2- and because they have no idea... before using a bug bomb/fogger, you must "EVACUATE ALL HUMANS AND ANIMALS, unplug all appliances and electronics, keep all doors and windows shut for 6-12 hours, afterwards airoing the place out for 6-12, and lastly, ALL surface areas must be wiped clean and disinfected". 3- bug bombs are bug POISON, and staff just stood inside breathing it in as if it's not big deal (and to the guests who actually went back in to their rooms... unbelievable). Asthma, COPD, Lung Cancer, and Parkinson's are just a few of the life-threatening health problems that can be acquired by breathing in bug poison. 4- lastly, they actually suggest that I broke the room agreement by refusing to put my health at risk and stay in a bug poison filled room. The hotel won't return my money, but VISA will. Note: ALWAYS use credit card... it's the only way to ensure people don't get away with ridiculous things like this. Unfortunately, I only took one photo of the lobby, and that was probably 15 minutes after we'd all been standing outside in the alley, much of the smoke had dissipated by then (I've tried sharing it, and even though I can see it, it says "Try Again", so no idea if it is uploaded). It didn't cross my mind to take photos while I was running down the stairs thinking the hotel was on fire. And btw, Trip.com said they "asked" the hotel for a refund (lame), the hotel said no (more lame), so Trip.com told me no refund (bigly lame), smh... My bank will return my money without hesitation, that's not an issue, Trip.com is ridiculous for even asking when they should've returned the money without hesitation - as my bank will do. What I think, however, based on what happened there, my bank may take this to be a little more serious than simply returning my money, and I'll certainly be working on that.

It was such an incredible place to stay. Me and my partner were greeted with two warm cups of tea and a hand towel at the reception. The check in was smooth and quick. The bags were taken up for us. It was a truly luxurious experience. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay there.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city close to everything. It’s back from the Main Street so it’s peaceful and serene. There is a beautiful pool/restaurant area with stunning views of the city. Breakfast was delicious with a buffet, cappuccinos and made to order egg dishes. I highly recommend staying here and will defintely stay again.

Exceptional Stay at Okay Boutique Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Okay Boutique Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with traditional Cambodian touches that added so much charm to the stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool – stunning views of the city, especially at sunset! It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Phnom Penh. The location of the hotel is also ideal — close to the Royal Palace, National Museum, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. I truly felt at home during my stay, and I’m grateful for the hospitality and warmth shown by the entire team. I highly recommend Okay Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, culture, and genuine service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

big sized room in great central location, close to Palace and National Museum, shopping and eating nearby , I stay there many times in the past and will in the future

It’s was good for this price. Staff is nice, food is tasty. Face treatment at hotel was so so, but massage not bad!
