Probably the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Phnom Penh. Great room, good food and lovely rooftop pool bar overlooking the Royal Palace. The wreathed hornbill joined us for dinner, spectacular.

A lovely traditional Cambodian style hotel. The young staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There’s lots of wooden features and a wildly over cluttered lobby. The laneway leading to the hotel can be a little dodgy and littered with rubbish. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and quite good with plenty of choices. The rooftop pool and restaurant are both lovely and the service and food were appreciated. My room seemed fine but there’s no powerpoint near the bed and the shower set up is weird. Do house staff ever check the batteries in the TV remote? No balcony as stated in the Trip booking. Avoid the over charging Tuk Tuk drivers out front and call a GRAB for better value transportation.

NEVER AGAIN. One of my worst hotel experiences! We were told our room wasn’t available for the first of our three nights. We were then shown to another for the first night: spacious, yes, but disgusting with hair everywhere, a clogged sink, and dust on the floor. The curtains barely covered the windows, offering a beautiful view of our room to the neighboring buildings. The second room: STINKS (almost threw up). A sewer smell came from the bathroom and a dead animal odor from the AC. Plus, the furniture was filthy and we had 0 hot water during all our stay. Please avoid this hotel at all costs, AWFUL !

I would have called it a gem, as its inside and outside (meaning the roof with pool and and bar) are really great, but sadly the staff ruined all the good impressions by almost making us late for our transport. Our early check-in was twice aforementioned and we were promised a takeout breakfast ready at 6 am. Didn't happen. At 6:20 we were ready to leave but were asked to wait 5 minutes more. To make things faster, I went to the breakfast area to find that they did not yet start preparing it. So with a little help from me they finally made it... sadly, it contained mostly bread :)

I was happy to book a four-star hotel with a 78% discount, but the discounted rate was reasonable. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel at all. The replies to my inquiries before the trip were cut off, and when I complained about the refrigerator being broken during my stay, they did nothing. I also requested a 12-hour laundry service, but it didn't arrive on time, and they even tried to push the responsibility onto me, saying that you requested a 24-hour . I can't complain about the old facilities or the rag-like bath towels because that's the price, but if that's the case, I wish they would have listed the price as the regular price from the beginning. I was naive to think I could stay at a good hotel for such a cheap price.

The room was huge and really cozy. It has an intricate interior design and looks amazing. It's like a resort in the middle of the city, it truly gives a great holiday vibes. Location is also very convenient and accessible. The hotel offers travel and laundry services, there's an ATM outside, and oh, a pool and restaurant in the 14th floor! Really awesome.

Amazing location. It's near Bassac Lane, Eclipse Sky Bar, Sora, Night Market, Royal Palace and many other bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Good food and reasonable price.

Disappointed there was a tray of food left on the stairs at the end of our corridor which was ignored by staff for 12 hours. Otherwise great value, as normal.

Everything was fine, but they kept me in a room where the door lock was broken, and they gave me a manual key to use, which I couldn't use normally. It was very hard to use, and every time I wanted to open the room, I had to call reception for help. Despite this, they didn't give me another room to stay in. Later, in a hurry, I forgot the key in the room and locked myself out. They couldn't even provide me with a duplicate key because they didn't have one. I informed the receptionist and waited outside the room for about two hours. After this time, they provided me with another room to stay in for just 10 minutes. I went to rest, and after 10 minutes, somehow they managed to open the door and called me to move back to the same room. They requested that I not forget the key inside again instead of giving me another room to stay in permanently. What a terrible experience; I wasted a day and a night there.

Great location for a short stop in Phnom Penh. Room was ok only, staff were very nice.

Amazing trip and clean and good rooms

We stayed here again before leaving PP, and the service was even better. Staff were super friendly and happy for us to chill at the pool all day after checkout as we waited for a late night flight. Would definitely go back again next time I'm visiting Phnom Penh

The hotel was conveniently located near famous tourist attractions and downtown. The room was spacious and had a balcony where I could smoke. The staff was also very nice. However, there was one day when a small child who looked like a street child was hanging around all the time on the floor where I stayed. Also, the door to the room across from mine was open all the time, and I often saw a tattooed, gruff-looking person smoking in the room. I don't know if he was a guest or an employee of the hotel, but I spent 3 nights there feeling unsafe.
