Please be informed that we have received some complains from the client regarding the hotel booking.
Please see the client's message as follows:
- This is a Chinese-only hotel, where no one speaks English.
- No non-smoking rooms are available.
- I have been confined to my room for two days, as I cannot put pressure on my injured leg.
