The place is so good. It is clean, spacious, and accessible. The staff is also kind and approachable.

The room was on 4th floor but nobody helped us carry the luggage upstairs. The aircon was not working properly causing the room to take a long time to cool. Bed comfort was average. The front desk staff was helpful and offered to help book tickets/ transport. Location is good, near night market and many tourist attractions.

After traveling to over 40 countries and countless hotel stays, this hotel has officially claimed the top spot on my list of worst experiences. We were given a room on the fifth floor – with no elevator. That alone is unacceptable, especially with luggage. The bathroom didn't even have a proper door, just a curtain, which offered neither comfort nor privacy. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was extremely unpleasant. Some of the other guests looked disheveled and made us feel unsafe. The balcony was practically unusable: right next to the seating area was the outdoor unit of the air conditioning, which emitted so much heat that it was unbearable to sit there – especially with temperatures already over 35 degrees in Phnom Penh. Since we arrived late in the evening, we didn't have the energy to look for an alternative right away. Nevertheless, we checked out immediately the next morning – even though we had paid for four nights. We deliberately forfeited a refund. We just wanted to get out of there.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable, attending to every detail with genuine care and professionalism. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — the kind of space that instantly makes you feel at home. The bed was plush, the linens were crisp, and the entire room smelled fresh and clean. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was how affordable the experience was compared to the level of service and comfort provided. It felt luxurious without being overpriced — a rare combination these days! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place that delivers top-tier comfort, impeccable cleanliness, excellent customer service, and great value for money, this is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place felt like a slum and was ridiculously overpriced. In Phnom Penh, you can usually find a decent hotel for about $30 a night, so I figured paying over $100 for this one would get me something much better. Nope, it was absolutely terrible. Honestly, Trip.com just keeps getting worse.

Everything was excellent, although the in-room safe wasn't working. However, the staff kindly offered to store my documents in their safe at the front desk, so it all worked out perfectly. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the place was beautiful and comfortable! Thank you 🌹❤️

The hotel is located near tourist spot and many eateries surrounding areas. The only down side is no lift and th room view is blocked by building next door.

Nice small hotel not far from the riverside. No elevator, but cosy room and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at vacation boutique, so much so that we stayed there again when we came back to Phnom Penh after our travels through Cambodia. Yes, you do have to go up the stairs, so be aware of that if you have trouble with mobility. However someone did help us bring our bags upstairs. The rooms we stayed in were lovely, clean, and very spacious. Just be aware that there is only a curtain separating the bathroom from the bedroom where there would usually be a door. So if you’re a bit shy with your travel companion, this may not be ideal ideal 🙂 The bed is quite hard, but we’ve found that everywhere we’ve traveled in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos.  The location was really good, only a short walk to the riverside and the Royal Palace. The staff were lovely as well. All in all, I’d stay there again!

There was no elevator.

I felt very comfortable with the whole setup. But get rid of the bath,and make it into a wet room. The TV is important to an older traveller like myself.
