The room was spacious, the AC was cool, and the bathtub had plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and spoke a little Chinese. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Bedsheets and toilets very dirty they need to clean the walls and floors. Filled with dirty from past client and mold growing. Staff left cut up nails on my bed.

The location is good, but the entire floor and our room smells like cigarettes even though non-smoking sign is hanging on the wall . We also found some cigarettes butts and some trash under the bed. I see the building has so much potential. Would be nice if you focus more on cleanliness and be more strict with the smokers. Thank you.

This hotel is always my top choice in Phnom Penh; the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. The front desk staff are also very helpful. I'm really grateful for the early check-in and late check-out services provided through the platform. Highly recommended!

Service Consistency: My check-in experience was underwhelming; the receptionist was not particularly welcoming and did not offer assistance with my multiple pieces of luggage. However, I want to commend staff when I checked out. He was incredibly friendly and helpful with all my inquiries. 2. Room Maintenance: There was a noticeable, unpleasant odor coming from the refrigerator upon my arrival (likely left over from a previous guest). I suggest a more thorough inspection of appliances during the turnover process.
