I stayed at Best Central Point Hotel for one night during my trip in Phnom penh, Cambodia. The location was convenient, close to major restaurants, bars, walk streets and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, and housekeeping staff maintained it well throughout my stay. The front desk staff were polite and professional, although check -in took slightly longer than expected. Overall, the hotel provides good value for my money and a comfortable stay. I would recommend it to my friends and other travellers to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stylish rooms that are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff truly make the difference—everyone was warm, professional, and always happy to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Amenities were excellent, and everything worked seamlessly. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

What I Appreciate: 1. Prime Location: The hotel’s location is excellent. I loved being within walking distance of the riverside, the fresh fruit market, and several great restaurants. Having a convenience store nearby was also very helpful. 2. Local Amenities: The proximity to a local laundry shop (with very friendly staff) was a great convenience. 3. Room & Comfort: The bedroom is impressively spacious. I also found the bed linens and towels to be very clean, and the provided toiletries met a high standard. 4. Staff & Facilities: The hotel staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the in-room refrigerator worked perfectly throughout my stay. Areas for Improvement: 1. The Bed: I noticed the bed frame/mattress squeaks quite loudly every time I move. Even as a solo traveler, the noise was a bit distracting. 2. Environment: There was a persistent unpleasant odor near my room. It seemed to be coming from an external source, possibly a nearby canal or drainage area. It might be worth investigating if there is a way to better seal the room or treat the area to improve the air quality for guests.

The hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, especially for Phnom Penh. Price was decent. Breakfast choices were very good. Close to outdoor market, convenience stores and restaurants. Service was very good. The servants were always friendly, smiling and willing to help. Plenty of tuk tuk drivers to accommodate you to wherever you wanted to go. Be aware, some will overcharge. My advice: always use Grab or Tada for your travel needs. You will always get a good price. Example: tuk tuk drivers charged us 30,000 riel on one of our trips. I booked same trip on Grab, cost us 9,100 riel. If I ever stay at this hotel again, which won’t be likely, I will always book a ride with Grab or Tada. Grab is generally faster at getting a driver but Tada is generally cheaper.

The room assigned has a long walkway to the actual room. The room got a small cockroach and the room wasn't that clean. The lobby area has no aircon as I guessed that the property wants to save money. Darn hot at the lobby area. The toilet door squeaks when open and close. The standard of this hotel is not good (aka poor). But the personnel or the hotel staff service is okay which I must mentioned. Location is still not that bad. Other than that, there is nothing worth commenting. Unlikely to stay there again. Hotel can only do 1 time business.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, foods are basically everywhere around the hotel. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, they allowed me use their facility, charge the phone. When I encountered a problem with the safe, the whole team came to help, even the hotel manager! Very fine and pleassent stay with the Best Central Point!
