SUN & MOON, Riverside Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, feeling more upscale than many hotels in the same price range. The gym was fantastic, definitely one of the best hotel gyms I've encountered on my travels, with a full range of equipment for a comprehensive workout. The Jacuzzi and sauna facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The hotel even offered us a complimentary 15-minute massage every day. The hotel's location might not suit everyone, as it's a bit further from the city center, cafes, and main attractions. However, this also makes it quieter and more suitable for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you.

This hotel is pretty good, and it seems like a lot of Chinese travelers stay here. The front desk staff are also nice and some even speak a bit of Chinese, so check-in and check-out were smooth. Just a heads up, remember to prepare a $100 cash deposit. Also, a quick reminder: even if you don't eat durian, don't bring it into the room, as it can leave a lingering smell. Overall, the room is good and quite spacious. I'd definitely go back.

Conveniently located right between the airport and the city center, offering easy transportation. The view is quite nice as it is right by the river. The biggest issue is that the room has a very strong damp and musty smell, likely because it is completely windowless with no ventilation, and the air conditioner lacks a dedicated dehumidification mode. The bedsheets and duvet covers were damp, which was quite uncomfortable. The two male front desk staff on the night shift gave off a strong vibe of hating their jobs; they openly displayed contempt on their faces toward reasonable guest requests, even scoffing out loud and brushing me off when I asked further questions. I gave 3 points for service only because of the warm welcome from the young staff at the front desk during the day; otherwise, I would have given just 1 point.
