Great location, great staff, great sister hotel that has an amazing rooftop pool with view of the city, local food and all the sites within five minutes walking distance away. I highly recommend!

NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex has become one of my favorite places to stay, and after visiting multiple times, I can confidently say that it never fails to impress. Each stay feels both familiar and refreshing, which is something very few hotels can achieve. From the moment I arrive, the atmosphere always feels welcoming, professional, and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and enjoyment. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the consistency of service. Every time I check in, the staff greet me with genuine warmth and efficiency. Whether it’s the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone seems well-trained and attentive without being intrusive. Over multiple stays, I’ve noticed that they remember returning guests, which adds a personal touch that makes the experience even more special. The rooms are another highlight. They are spacious, modern, and extremely well-maintained. No matter how many times I return, the rooms always feel fresh, clean, and comfortable. The beds are especially relaxing, making it easy to rest after a long day. I also appreciate the thoughtful amenities, from high-quality toiletries to fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which make both leisure and business stays very convenient. What truly sets NagaWorld apart is the variety of facilities available within the complex. The entertainment options are impressive, offering something for everyone. Whether I feel like enjoying fine dining, casual meals, or international cuisine, the choices are abundant and consistently high in quality. The restaurants maintain excellent standards, and the atmosphere in each venue feels carefully designed to match its theme. The entertainment areas are lively yet well-managed, creating an exciting but comfortable environment. Another major advantage is the location. Being centrally located, it is easy to access key areas of the city while still enjoying a sense of privacy and luxury inside the complex. The surrounding views, especially at night, add to the overall charm and make each stay memorable. What keeps bringing me back, however, is the feeling of reliability. I know that whenever I choose NagaWorld, I will receive a high standard of comfort, service, and experience. It has become a place where I can relax, unwind, and enjoy myself without any worries. After multiple stays, I can confidently say that NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex is not just a hotel, but a destination in itself—one that continues to exceed expectations every time I return.

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things. Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. A UM Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹

Good service, the view is pretty nice and the swimming pool is good

The room was clean, cold ac, fast internet, got pool too which was cool. Separate toilet and bath for male & female but some people don't know how to read signs and still enter the female's bathroom not the hostel's fault tho. Overall the hostel itself looks new and have nearby shops u can buy water and food. They serve food too. Quite area and around 15-20 minutes from the touristy areas. Good for people who don't want city noise and just the calm vibes. Very near riverside.

The location is superb. I was just arrive and couldn’t find the hotel as it’s located inside the bar. The staff is great that reach me out from the entrance. You can find lot of food, drink anything like you need. It’s all walking distance. I’d love to stay here again. If you need a window. Because I’ve booked without window since I’m travelling alone. This is the 3rd time I’m staying in Phnom Penh… Solo traveller!!!

Everything is perfect. Good breakfast, good coffee at Seolah Cafe at the lobby. Great location, spacious room, friendly staff. Emma have been very helpful throughout my stay, easy to communicate on her Telegram. Highly recommend to everyone!

The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly during the check in process and offered a refreshing drink. The room was basic, but had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. It also had a nice city view from the balcony. The pool is an added bonus and the breakfast was decent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with lovely and helpful staff.

The hotel if fine. I stayed there before. It’s a safe bet if you want to stay close to the center. The staff is attentive. It’s reasonably clean. When I’m just going in and out of PP, I always choose it. No fills, but cheap and accessible to the better neighborhoods.
