Great location, great staff, great sister hotel that has an amazing rooftop pool with view of the city, local food and all the sites within five minutes walking distance away. I highly recommend!

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things. Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. A UM Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹

My stay was excellent. The room was impressively spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it a true haven after busy days exploring. The hotel pool was also a major highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing swim or just lounging in the sun. I would definitely choose this hotel again for the great combination of comfort and amenities.

The location is superb. I was just arrive and couldn’t find the hotel as it’s located inside the bar. The staff is great that reach me out from the entrance. You can find lot of food, drink anything like you need. It’s all walking distance. I’d love to stay here again. If you need a window. Because I’ve booked without window since I’m travelling alone. This is the 3rd time I’m staying in Phnom Penh… Solo traveller!!!

Everything is perfect. Good breakfast, good coffee at Seolah Cafe at the lobby. Great location, spacious room, friendly staff. Emma have been very helpful throughout my stay, easy to communicate on her Telegram. Highly recommend to everyone!

Their professionalism and warm service made my stay extremely comfortable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a fresh, luxurious feel. The bed was very comfortable, the lighting was perfect, and the bathroom was extremely clean and well-organized. Every small detail in the room showed how much care and effort the hotel puts into guest comfort. The food was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and offered with a great variety, especially during breakfast. The overall environment of the hotel was calm, safe, and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was also very convenient with easy access to nearby places. The hotel if fine. I stayed there before. It’s a safe bet if you want to stay close to the center. The staff is attentive. It’s reasonably clean. When I’m just going in and out of PP, I always choose it. No fills, but cheap and accessible to the better neighborhoods.

The room is clean and comfortable, a bit small but I love it. The location is very good.

the room is clean and suitable with the price, not too expensive and not too cheap. i love how the receptionist here is being friendly and respectful. if you looking for a place that peaceful & no loud musics here, this is the best place you can choose. probably come back for the next stay:)
