Americas Best Value Inn Phoenix

Nice hotel... easy to access from Interstate 5.  Room/bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean.

I really enjoyed how close this place was to where I was visiting. It was very clean and comfortable. Very easy to get to

The hotel was clean and comfortable. During the day there was freeway noise, but by the time most people are ready for bed it subsides and isn’t a big issue (we were on freeway side of building). The only problem we had was the refrigerator in our room. I didn’t realize it was not cooling properly on the second night of our stay. By that time, the food I bring for my special diet needs didn’t seem cold enough for me to eat and I had to throw it away. When we checked out on the 3rd morning the office person was not there, so I left a note to check the refrigerator in our room. Hope that it was repaired or replaced.

Run of the mill average hotel. Can hear the I-5 traffic, room had an over the top air freshener plugged in that we had to unplug, and the light from the smoke detector was really bright and had to put something over it to darken the room. Friendly staff and room was presentable!

This is a less expensive option than Ashland for those who have failed to make a reservation for attending a wedding :) It's an America's Best Value, OK? not Club Med or whatever hotel experience you are supposed to invoke for contrasting a stellar experience with an OK one. The check in was really slow, I don't know if their machine was down for the customers in front of me or what. The first day, the water wasn't very hot. The second day it was better. Take showers in the off hours, I guess. Our room was on the side of the RV park, but it was quiet the whole time so no worries there. You won't regret staying here,

Very clean. Would have loved to use the pool but we only stayed 1 nite. Not enough time…. Staff was very helpful. Would’ve liked a ground floor room!
