SureStay Hotel by Best Western Phoenix Airport Reviews

Indeed the hotel is nice for a short stay (1-2 nights). However there are 2 things that I was unsatisfied with. I specifically requested a quiet room. But the room that I got had an air conditioner which was making a cranking noise all night. This ruined my sleep especially after a long flight of 14 hours. Secondly, the room had no handwash and no body wash available. Both the bottles were empty. This should've been checked before the room was allocated.

The environment is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Any issues were resolved and responded to promptly. Breakfast was provided and was pretty good. They also offer airport transfers, which I found quite convenient. The location isn't far from the airport either, which is great.

Went there for a business event, super worth the cost/benefit. Great bed, free airport transfer at all hours, breakfast included, and friendly staff. It's just 10 min by car from the city center. Would stay again if return to Phoenix! Easy access to the Grand canyon.

near the airport but rundown amenities and very expensive for the one night stay. overall you get everything you need, though. there were 4 of us on the reservation but they only gave us 3 towels which was a bit inconvenient. overall decent location and experience, but a bit higher price than it is worth

Recommended by a colleague, surprisingly nice. Considering the reasonable price, the location is perfect, just few minutes away from the international airport, and there’s a 24 hours free shuttle Think the hotel was recently renovated and it’s clean and neat. Btw the vending machines are right next to the reception, just in case jet lag in the middle of the night

I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good.

Everything was fine. Did not get to eat breakfast because airport shuttle back to the airport is only offered once a hour do we had to leave before breakfast was ready
