The rooms were great and the service was fantastic.

The aircon in the room is not working; the hotel technical team is off duty, offer to change to another room immediately. thanks for the prompt action taken.

Clean room. Beautiful hotel. Although, insane to charge $40 Resort fees while most other hotels from Phoenix don’t do that

Don't let the pictures fool you. I'm so disappointed! Stayed for two night and booked 2 rooms and both were very disappointing. One had a strong ********* odor another smelled like sweat and old. The pool was small and dirty as well. The room's leather furnitures' were peeling off as well. I will never book this hotel again.

We stayed here because it was such a short distance to the Mortgage Matchup Arena! I would NOT stay again! The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! Mattress was so lumpy it felt disgusting to sleep on and pillows were really worn out and lumpy as well. The walking distance was nice but I will stay at the other hotel right across the street next time! VERY disappointed! For such a nice hotel and rooms need a major update and new mattresses bedding need to be top priority!

Front desk workers were friendly and welcoming. We had a one bedroom suite. The restaurant (Blue Hound) was good. The pool was nice but the area where the loungers are is far too small. One morning I got out there and all of the chairs were “reserved” but no one came foe quite some time. For a pool with a capacity of 121, under 20 loungers is inadequate. The lounge chairs are very nice and are new. They have nice thick cushions. And the moveable attached tray was a great feature. Every lounger chair should have these. Service was great. Towels were plentiful. Water and sun screen and after sun lotion were all free — a nice touch. Would prefer to have less loud music at the pool. The room was good — plenty of drawers and a nice sized closet. The bathroom was perfect. My only complaint is we would prefer to have an empty fridge for our use. Cleaning was good. One day they cleaned very late after we had been gone for 4 hours but that was not the end of the world. Will probably return. The location is ideal for baseball fans as it’s a 10 minute walk to Chase Field.

The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and accommodating. I left my car keys behind and the cleaning staff found them and turned them over to the front desk who was then able to return them to me!

Staff was great and the rooms were spacious. Convenient location and the pool was nice too.

Great location downtown. Clean, beautiful property with pleasant staff. I would certainly stay here again.
