The location is fantastic, right inside the Old City. It's a family guesthouse, and you can see many temples directly from the hotel. There's a bar right at the entrance where you can eat, located on the street, yet the environment is very quiet. It feels like a real local spot. I loved it.

The resort boasts beautiful surroundings and excellent, clean facilities. It's ideally located between Wat Phra Mahathat (the temple with the Buddha head in the tree roots) and Wat Ratchaburana, making it very convenient for getting around.

For the price, the location is great, and I'd consider it a good hotel. The only downside was the limited parking. Also, the soundproofing isn't the best, as you can easily hear conversations from the next room.

While the location was convenient, however the room did not meet expectations as the bed linens were not clean (visible dirty). Furthermore, there was no hair dryer available in the room. I hope management addresses these cleanliness and amenity issues.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful: its an old building with lovely teak floors and the downstairs is a common area with lots of plants, water features and places to sit. Its a really nice environment to hang out in. Our double room was very spacious with a king size bed, a fridge and an effective aircon. The bathroom was a bit scruffy compared to the rest of room, it all worked but the shower was poorly set up so it sprayed the whole room. The only reason I'm not giving the place a complete 5* rating is that road is very noisy and there is a bar next door which was noisy at night and went on until 1.30am on one of our nights which did detract from the generally good experience. The staff were really good and helpful.
