We had a lovely stay at IuDia. The location along the river across from a landmark temple was perfect for photos and for relaxing in the afternoon. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. However, there are some safety concerns, particularly for those traveling with senior citizens. There is a large dip when entering the bathroom and the shower is very difficult to get in and out of. The pool ladder is also extremely slippery and was missing the handrail. I would not recommend this place to seniors!

Good attention from the staff, very good will and it is appreciated. The best thing about the hotel is the Thai atmosphere, the detailed decoration and the view sitting from the terrace with a cold beer at night, an excellent unique moment. I stayed two nights for work but I will return with my family to enjoy it better. 100% recommended, good and pleasant experience. Nearby there are local restaurants and services. It is all very local even though it is a tourist area, the best to get around by bicycle or Grab.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is also large and the scenery is very good. Breakfast is a la carte and buffet. There are American breakfast and a variety of Thai breakfast options, which is very good ~

We had 2 nights in a Riverside Lower Terrace Double. The room was fine and the view superb - all the hallmarks of a good stay. However - let down by the public facilities - almost non-existent. The breakfast was really poor - no real choices - just a cold plate of sliced fruits (no choice of fruit - same for every diner/every day) and the hot plates were barely hot after a sedentary service - took an hour each day. The pool and verandah had suffered from a river flood a few weeks earlier BUT the clear up was as sedentary as the breakfast service! Sandbags had the be climbed over to get to the room; the pool was out-of-service; and the terrace was in disarray. The upside was our room and view - and the nice dinners available in the hotel next door. Only worth 3 stars - but they could up their game easily if they really wanted 5 stars.

I had a great time at the hotel. It is a small hotel with excellent service. The staff is amazing, they really help you with all you need. Breakfast has a small buffet and à la carte menu. Everything is fresh. The pool area is also small, but very well manicured and the view is amazing. It really feels more like a home than a hotel. My room was spotless and modern. I was under the impression that it was closer to the temples, but it is a good 25 minute walk instead. That’s fine with me, but just something to consider. To be fair, I don’t think I saw any hotel closer to the park. Or at least none with the same star rating. I would recommend staying overnight in Ayutthaya! In particular over the weekend, so that you can enjoy the night markets.

My husband and I enjoyed our first night in Ayutthaya at this lovely property. We had an ensuite courtyard room which was large and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was more than adequate. All the staff were very friendly. The location by the riverside was very relaxing. Night-time views of the pool and temples across the river were magical. All in all, good value for money considering the location.

Very good

Our first room, Constantine Phaulkon, was spacious and light, but my goodness it was in need of a refurb. There was no storage other than limited hanging space. The light behind the bed flashed continuously and couldn’t be turned off. There were no bedside lights to read by. The shower head wouldn’t stay up, so the floor flooded, and the basin didn’t drain. The staff did what they could to put things right, some could not be rectified. So we moved to a different room for the second and third nights. The new room was lovely. Even larger than the first, with its own veranda. Lots of storage. Two basins and a separate toilet. The staff brought in bedside lights. Breakfast was very good. There is a pool and a seating area overlooking the river, with a view across to Wat Phra Nakhon Si, which is beautifully illuminated at night. We were told that the hotel is to close for refurbishment early in 2026. We hope that this will result in a property of a standard that matches the prices charged. The staff were very helpful (especially Nisa and Mae) and did their best to deal with our requests.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem alongside the river in Ayutthaya. The hotel is located at a busy street, however when you enter the hotel, we are in different world. We got a fantastic suite with nice terrace at the bank of the river. We enjoyed the view and boat traffic on the river. Drinking a cup of coffee on the terrace in the early morning, is a fantastic experience with the sounds of the birds and fantastic view on the temple, Room was good equipped, very spacious with very nice decorations. Staff was very friendle as we are used to in Thailand, however reception staff could be more enthusiatic. Localion in the city is very good with eay access to many restaurants and the historic sightseeing places of the town. We can recommend this fantastic hotel for a stay at Ayutthaya.

approx 60km = one hour by car from the hustle / bustle / noisy / crazy world of bangkok central you will find the peaceful oasis that is ayutthaya - admittedly parts of this place are still subject to multiple tour buses but stray away from the main sights and you will be rewarded with an assortment of beautifully preserved [UNESCO LISTED] temples along with spontaneous greetings from the 'locals' who you will invariably meet during your stroll >>> - ACCOMMODATION = iuDia is a 'cut above the rest' = there are numerous options available at this classy abode -i chose the OKUN SUITE for my two night stay and i was not disappointed with the privacy / luxury it provided [the A/C really works!] - & the views across the river of wat phutthaisawan [both day & night] were 'to die for' - the hotel has two pools [cleaned & tidied daily] if you choose to laze about during your stay & the absence of traffic noise adds to the relaxing atmosphere - i could not fault the facilities at this well managed hotel [breakfast is included] - and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers - PS: a special mention to the guys @ SAITHONG RIVER restaurant = amazing grilled river prawns & attentive [but not pushy] wait staff - am already planning a return visit - ขอบคุณ .
