"Was allocated a room on the 7th level. Quite a nice view but Bird poo on the outside surface glass looking out. Common toilet on ground floor irked with unpleasant odor. WiFi password got to be requested unlike other hotels where reception would provide upon check in. While the location was ideal, there are definitely areas fir improvement like cleanliness and service."

"Shady place to stay The owner came to take care of himself and was very cute. The employees are also nice and attentive to customer service. It's like coming home to rest after working hard all month. I recommend everyone to try staying here. The rooms are clean, designed and decorated by the owner himself, in a warm, very natural style. Importantly, there were no mosquitoes at all. But you should enter the accommodation no later than 8 p.m. because the staff leave work at 8 p.m."

"Maybe because it is in the small city of Phrae, the hotel is not very good overall. The reception girl had a blank expression throughout the whole process. The room was not very clean. The breakfast was a simple set meal with only two choices: porridge and American. The most disgusting thing was that the breakfast selection was not called until after 11 o'clock in the evening to ask what kind of breakfast you want. The only good thing is that there is a self-service laundry and drying, but you need coins, and the front desk will not change them, leaving you to figure it out on your own. The overall service feels poor"

"The hotel looks lovely, and the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and cheerful. The room was great, very spacious, with a nice city street view. It was perfect for just relaxing. They even offer free bicycles to ride around, which is a nice touch. Breakfast wasn't a huge variety, but it was delicious. The hotel itself seems a bit old inside, but the bedroom didn't feel old at all. For this price, getting all this is fantastic!"

"Unbeatable value for money! Spacious, comfortable, and clean room with air conditioning working perfectly. Large, clean pool to cool off in (children from the village have swimming lessons in the afternoon). Breakfast offers fresh fruit, toast, butter and jam, eggs, and local dishes like rice porridge or breaded chicken. The reception staff are very friendly. The location is excellent, just 200 meters from the bus station and a 15-minute walk from the village center. The facilities are a bit dated but perfectly functional. A hotel I would definitely return to!"
