I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was good — the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that halal food was available, which made my stay even more convenient. There were also many facilities to explore, so I was never bored. Great experience overall, and I would definitely come back

沒有想到這家酒店有意外驚喜，並且服務真的挺好的，工作人員們都非常的熱情笑容很甜，很主動幫忙，最重要的就是我女兒生日那天晚上酒店給我們一個很大的驚喜就是祝賀我女兒生日快樂還有個蛋糕和賀卡，我女兒看到後超級開心，滿滿的儀式感，住了四晚超級滿足.
雖然酒店房間比較陳舊，但也不影響我們的心情.
機場接送服務真的很棒.

酒店工作人員都很熱情。前台有中文服務。樓下有**，去富國大世界，珍珠樂園，動物園都有專門接送泊車。就是那個接駁車我看不太懂，都是綠色的。酒店裡有超市。每天下午4點半有泡泡趴體。

I would highly recommend Wyndham grand hotel. Location is very good near famous attractions, hotel is very big and clean. Staff is very helpful. Although during our stay is raining but hotel have kids room to play. My hubby and I went to do facial. Hotel have a huge slide and form party! It's so fun. Hotel provides free tutu car to beach too.We had a great time here. Especially thanks to hotel supervisor THINH, we had some issues with our stay, he managed to give us a solution. We cannot wait to go back again.

nice beach but with big waves.
free shuttle bus service to Grand World, Safari and VinWonders, it's so convenient when going out with kids.
lots of activists in hotel, kids liked the foam party very much.

The Deluxe Suite Ocean View was impressive and enjoyable, while the Deluxe Ocean View room was just acceptable, and the foam party for kids was a fun memorable highlight!
However, I believe there are a few important areas that, if improved, would help the hotel truly reach 5-star standards:
🔹 Areas to Improve (especially point 1):
1. Service (this is quite urgent)
2. Mattress quality and upgrades for older rooms
3. Breakfast
4. Poolside facilities and environment
✨ Service
Service is the heart of a 5-star experience. During my stay, I felt the service could be more welcoming and attentive. Some of the staff—from reception to management—seemed less enthusiastic and had very limited English. With better training and motivation, I believe the team could offer a warmer, more professional!!! and guest-focused experience!!
✨ Breakfast
The breakfast could be improved in terms of taste and presentation. A more refined selection would greatly enhance the morning experience for guests.
✨ Mattress & Room Comfort
Comfort is essential in a luxury hotel. The mattress was not very comfortable, and upgrading it especially in the older rooms .. would significantly improve sleep quality and overall guest satisfaction.
✨ Pool & Beach Area
The pool and beach were enjoyable, and the foam party was excellent for kids . However, adding more trees or greenery around the pool area would create a more relaxing atmosphere, offer shade, and help reduce the heat during the day.

The location is the best. The room was very dusty, not cleaned properly, and the bathtub lid was stuck. Breakfast is delicious. I also liked the pool very much, very comfortable.
