The hotel is right on the main street of Grand World Phu Quoc. As mentioned in the reviews, the ground floor is a shop. When the navigation brought us to the right spot, we asked the staff inside. She used a translation app to verify our booking and IDs, contacted the host, handed us the key, and check-in was complete. A one-to-two-minute walk takes you to a lovely night view. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby, as well as mini-marts for shopping. Woke up early feeling refreshed—overall, it was a great stay. The bed, bathroom, and hangers in the room were all very practical. The noise level was acceptable, and above all, the location is fantastic. Highly recommended!

The address on Trip.com didn't match the actual accommodation address; they were a short distance apart. Luckily, the driver helped me communicate with the host and we found the place. There was no elevator, and the room was on the 4th floor, which was quite a hassle with luggage and an elderly person. There was a counterfeit goods store downstairs, and when we went upstairs, the staff didn't know we were guests and shouted at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
