Our stay in the three-bedroom ocean-view villa was absolutely sublime. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and quiet, allowing us to truly unwind. the villas are nestled within lush nature. We loved spending our evenings on the villa's private terrace, drink in hand, watching the spectacular sunset. The ability to jump into our own private pool at any moment was a fantastic perk.
The beach is lovely, with clear, calm water. It's quite shallow, making it perfect for families. A highlight for us was the coral reef on one end of the beach, which provided excellent snorkeling right from the shore. The hotel's main swimming pools are also impressive, spread over a vast area that our kids absolutely loved.
On the downside, the food and service in the restaurant could be improved. The menu felt somewhat limited for a hotel of this size, and the service was often quite slow. Having only one restaurant was a constraint; adding a few more dining options would significantly enhance the guest experience.
Despite this, we had an unforgettable experience

The villas at Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort - Managed by Accor are immaculate. This is the type of place I'd love to live. It's an entire community of 215 villas, spread across the hills and over looking the beach and gardens. The buggy service is dependable and timely and great for getting around quickly. We were provided a free upgrade, which was perfect. The villa included 3 rooms and 3.5 bath, plenty of space for a family of 4. . This is a great option for an extended family vacation or for a group of friends at a very reasonable price. The sea views from the multiple balconies and bathrooms are fantastic, the space for the value are unbeatable, and the amentities are exactly what I family would expect for luxury. The support provided by the staff was great. The private pool is an added bonus, but the public pool is just as amazing. They also offer a variety of free activities for kids and adults including snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and arts and crafts. The gym has everything you'd need to get in a quick workout and they offer yoga classes as well. I didn't use the spa, but it also looked like a relaxing oasis. The breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner options are delicious with a large variety of options. I would make this a yearly trip with my family if Vietnam weren't so difficult to visit for foreigners.

Everything was amazing. The service, especially Tristan (reception), Thai & Hai (restaurant), the cleaning team, the buggy drivers, the nurse... everyone in the staff! They treated us so nicely, and the hotel itself is an absolute dream! The bedrooms are super clean, the house is huge, and it was super cool to have our own swimming pool! I had the best experience ever in this hotel, and we are willing to come back one day!
Additionally, the 15,000 Steps🚶♀️ Reward Program was super creative, and you should consider running🏃♂️ inside the hotel to get 500,000 💰 VND reward at the same time as you get healthy! 😁👍

Stunning ocean view but staff service and efficiency to be improved
The room upgrade to the Eden Retreat Pool Villa with a magnificent ocean view was excellent; it has one of the best views at the resort. The staff are nice and friendly. However, their efficiency was very low. I sent an email to book activities, but they missed it. I also reminded them 3 times about the scanned tickets for entrance to the "Kiss of Bridge" and "Kiss of Sea" show at check-in, but they ultimately failed to scan them, resulting in no record when I arrived at the entrance.
Additionally, they informed me that they had booked the missed resort activities when I checked in, but when we attended, there was no booking record. Furthermore, the buggy waiting time was too long, especially during peak hours, approx. 20mins, which affected our travel schedule.
Lastly, our luggage took over 40mins to arrive at the lobby when we reached the reception to check out. The staff informed me that the luggage was still on the way, which seemed impossible. They were unaware of the luggage's arrival at the main lobby until I insisted that it was unacceptable, as we were rushing to the airport.
The quality of staff service and efficiency requires significant improvement.

Very Good service, we did enjoy a great day in resort. We joined 4 activities 1 day in advance and all are fantastic. All staff are very helpful, you are easy to go anywhere by buggy and just wait for few minutes each time.

Outdoor stairs with lots of moss, must be caution when walking down from Villa stairs to swimming pool. One of our family member fell down from the stairs. Toilet cabinet door swing when we placed back the dryer, and the door fell on our foot. Food quality great. Customer service were helpful. Location is far from central, not easy to call grab.
