We read reviews before our trip, and honestly, we never imagined it would be *this* good in reality! The hotel exceeded all our expectations and left us with a feeling of true happiness, harmony, and a cozy, home-like comfort! ✨ From the very first moments of our stay, we felt not just like guests, but like the most cherished and welcome guests at this hotel! It's clear that the management has truly thought of every detail and done everything possible for guests' comfort. Special admiration goes to the bed, mattress, pillows, and duvet! This deserves its own paragraph with countless exclamation marks!!! 😍 After a busy day, it was so lovely to return to the room and literally sink into that incredible comfort. Everything is so well thought out that you truly feel at home – though perhaps home isn't always *this* good! And the attention to detail! ❤️ Evening sweets, small compliments, wishes, cards, notes, cute little leaves on the bed… These might seem like minor things, but it's precisely these small touches that create genuine hospitality! Each such gesture of attention created a feeling of care and a special atmosphere of warmth. It was so pleasant to return to the room and find another little surprise every time. The staff – a separate thank you! Their attentiveness, smiles, care, and genuine desire to help were constantly felt. And it wasn't intrusive – quite the opposite, everything was very delicate and with great respect for the guests. This kind of attitude truly makes you feel special. We absolutely loved the breakfasts! A big plus is the extended breakfast time, from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. For early risers, this is simply fantastic! 😊 You can have a leisurely breakfast, then enjoy coffee, relax a bit, and even go back for something tasty. No rush at all – a true vacation! And overall, there's one very important thing you feel here – that people are genuinely loved and guests are truly welcomed! That's the key word for this hotel – HOSPITALITY! ❤️ Of course, you can find cheaper hotels. But here, the cost is 1,000,000% worth it!!! Because you're not just paying for a room and food. You're paying for comfort, attention, care, atmosphere, and that wonderful feeling when you truly feel good. We left with immense gratitude and a desire to definitely return! For a hotel of its size, Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort offers excellent service. When I informed the front desk about an odor in my room, they quickly came to check, moved me to a new room, and even provided a fruit platter. They followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory. The hotel's pool is open until 10 PM, and the bar next to it is quite affordable with very friendly staff who told us about the latest promotions.

The hotel offers free airport shuttle service. Although the front desk staff barely speaks Chinese, their service is professional and dedicated. The room facilities are simple Thai style but well-maintained. There's no bathtub, but the shower area is spacious enough, and the vanity area is comfortable. It's totally acceptable that there might be some small bugs, as it's a subtropical region. The infinity pool is beautiful and literally three seconds away from the beach. A special shout-out to the hotel for calling our room in the middle of the night to remind us that our door wasn't closed properly. Its location is not in the popular Sunset Town, and it's quite a walk to the livelier area of Long Beach, though taxis are available for under 2km. However, considering the value for money and its proximity to the airport, it's highly recommended. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that breakfast is not particularly varied. During peak times, even eggs were gone, and they weren't replenished. This is an area for improvement.

A truly deserving and authentic resort hotel, offering a perfect experience. 1. Upon check-in, the hotel allows you to sit down rather than stand and wait, and thoughtfully provides a freshly prepared cocktail. 2. As the hotel features a dispersed room layout, after check-in, the front desk staff will personally escort you to your room, kindly helping you with your luggage along the way. 3. Umbrellas are readily available at every staircase, elevator, under the eaves, and at restaurant entrances, ensuring you're prepared for any rain. 4. The gym not only provides towels, water, and air conditioning, but also thoughtfully offers small bananas for an energy boost whenever you need it. 5. Even regular service staff can communicate with you in fluent English, and housekeeping staff will proactively and warmly greet you whenever they see you. 6. Every day upon returning, the room is impeccably clean and tidy, creating an incredibly comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The infinity pool seamlessly connects with the endless beach. I saw many guests lounging there all day. The overall layout, landscape, and the quality of the rooms at the hotel also provide an indescribable sense of comfort. If there's one regret, it's that the entire hotel is a bit on the small side, as stepping outside the hotel feels like entering a completely different world.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the breakfast spread is fantastic, especially the Vietnamese rice noodle rolls – absolutely delicious! The unbeatable sea view is stunning. The hotel also offers airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is a thoughtful touch. Drinks at the pool bar are also quite affordable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay at the hotel.

I had a great stay here before, so I decided to book again. Besides a few minor issues with room maintenance, everything else was excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene, in particular, were outstanding.

The hotel's complimentary breakfast was delicious; I ate a lot of eggs every day. After filling up, I'd take a leisurely stroll on the beach and enjoy the sea, which was very chill. The gym had enough equipment for a good workout, and the heated pool was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the airport transfer they arranged was quite punctual. The only slight downside is that the area around the hotel is a bit secluded. It might be risky for those who enjoy walking around at night, and there are quite a few aggressive stray dogs. Overall, it's a place I would definitely return to. Next time, I'll plan a few more days to fully enjoy the facilities.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location right on the white sand beach. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Large swimming pool with a swim-up bar. Very nice and spacious rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful.
