The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, and you can also take a sightseeing buggy to Phu Quoc Grand World. There's a free electric bus from the entrance to VinWonders and the Safari. However, the pool bar facilities were listed as being open until 8 PM, but they closed at 6 PM. The room had a musty smell, the facilities were a bit old, and the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

A standard twin room costs a few hundred Hong Kong dollars per night. Perfect for a resort hotel with a pool and private beach. Excellent value for money. The hotel offers a free shuttle to surrounding areas in the north, such as the Safari Park, Grand World, Vinwonders, etc., and also has shuttles to and from the airport and Yangdong Town, very convenient. Corona ****** ** is right next to the hotel.

I stayed in a suite room. I booked a pool view, but I wasn't assigned one. It was supposed to be full board with 3 meals a day, but only breakfast is buffet-style, while lunch and dinner are 3-course meals. Drinks are also not included and must be ordered at an additional cost. The breakfast buffet only offered juice as a beverage, and the quality wasn't good. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice, but there was a bad smell from the sofa, making it unpleasant to sit on. The buggy car service to nearby tourist attractions was excellent.

For our three nights in Phu Quoc, we chose to stay on the North Island. After looking at several hotels, we settled on this one. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service, which you can book in advance for airport pick-up, though there are specific pick-up times, and it's a large bus. The hotel has its own beach, a pool, and even a small amusement park. Our kids spent every day in the pool and at the beach, making these the most relaxing days of our Vietnam trip. The environment is excellent, and the service is on point. The twin room was very spacious. One thing to note is that there's an extra charge for children over 12, which we had to pay at the front desk upon arrival. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. Everything was neat and clean, and the place was very luxurious and pleasant. It's an experience I will repeat.
