This is one of the best families hotels in Phu Quoc at a very reasonable price. Room is clean and well maintained, breakfast is very good, spa is awesome. Swimming pool is gigantic and clean. Restaurant right at the beach is awesome. Had an awesome stay here with my friends and families.

I absolutely loved this hotel!
During this trip, I stayed at four different hotels, and this one was definitely the best. It was also my first hotel stay on this island, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start.
From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. The hospitality was amazing … the staffs were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax. 🩷
And the breakfast? Truly super awesome! There were so many tasty and fresh choices every morning. It was the best breakfast I had among all the hotels I stayed in.
This hotel made my trip even more special and unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Hotel provide shuttle bus to few attractions and free show tickets for kiss of the bridge. Massage and Mart just 3 mins walk from hotel. Everything good but the mattress a bit soft

The hotel is very nice for families with young children. There are a number of very large pools protected by trees for shade. The residence is situated directly on the beach, offering calm waters. The breakfast buffet is large and diverse, but it becomes very crowded due to the high number of guests. One of the main perks with this hotel, as well as others in Vietnam, is the activities offered to guests, usually for free. They have classes for young kids - arts and crafts, as well as opportunities for adults - yoga, fitness, kayak rental. The place is extremely nice if looking for a relaxing vacation with nice pools on the beach. They also have a fitness center and restaurants on site. There's not much nearby, except a few small restaurants. The area is still under construction, but Phu Quoc is quickly becoming a tourist destination. The hotel offers free tickets to Sunset Town Show and Fireworks. It is very loud, so avoid bringing small children. They also have a free shuttle bus to the Sunset Town. The hotel is great, price is great, and all the amenities that are inclded free of charge just enhances the experience.

the hotel is mediocre. very similar to a Turkish or Egyptian all inclusive. thousands of rooms, pools, sunbeds on the beach. enough food, nothing special. the cleanliness in the rooms is not very good. there are few hygiene products. everything in the bathroom breaks, not very good quality. the beach is close, the sea is cleaner than in other areas of the island. there is no exoticism on the island, so I will not return again

The bell boy was super friendly and nice. Even there were a lots of visitor checking in, he showed a professional attitude and always keep smiling. There are a lot of workshop available for guests.

We recently stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as a family, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. One of the highlights of our stay was the inclusion of tickets to the “Kiss of the Sea” attraction, which made our trip even more memorable and convenient. The hotel was comfortable and clean, providing a great home base for our family adventures. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area with their loved ones!
