The balcony leaks, and the air conditioner drain on the balcony drips. The exhaust fan is a bit weak. Ice buckets are available for just $10. All the staff are polite and smiling, and the breakfast is delicious with many options.

The room is excellent, with everything you need. We came here for a birthday and asked for a good view. We got a room on the 9th floor with a partial sea view. They also prepared a set of amenities and brought a cake to the room. The staff is friendly and helpful; they answered and explained all our questions, even those unrelated to the hotel. There's a free shuttle bus to the cable car, which you can use for round trips every day. The beach is beautiful and clean, clearly well-maintained. The entry into the water is gradual, so it's safe for children. The only thing is I wish the toilet on the beach was more convenient, but it's good that there's one nearby at all! There's a grocery store and many cafes near the hotel, which is very convenient if you only booked breakfast. Overall, the price and quality are good, and we would definitely come back again.

The room was fantastic—it was a corner unit with a huge living room, a massive balcony, and gigantic floor-to-ceiling windows offering unbeatable ocean views. It’s perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. Absolutely, 100% satisfied!

Great room type for families, but the cleanliness was average and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The front desk didn't deal with our feedback in time. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food at the dinner restaurant was also quite good.

Excellent location for a peaceful and quiet beach vacation. The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers and towels, and there were always enough loungers. The beach is very beautiful and clean, the water is clear and warm, with a gentle entry. Free paddleboards are available on the beach. Throughout the entire property, there are plenty of swimming pools for both children and adults. The grounds are very clean, beautiful, and lush with greenery. The staff constantly maintain cleanliness and high service, and are very friendly. We only had breakfast. The menu didn't change much over 4 days, but it was extensive to begin with, offering options for everyone. Some might want to try traditional Vietnamese dishes, while others will be happy with European cuisine. There are good coffee machines in the dining area. For me, there weren't enough fruits for an Asian country. The room is spacious with a huge balcony. As for downsides, I would note the high humidity in the room and a slight musty smell. Overall, the hotel is very decent and high-quality. The service and amenities are top-notch. However, it's worth noting that it's located far from local shops, cafes, and other establishments. The hotel offers a free scheduled shuttle to SunSet Town, and also provides a ticket to the magnificent Kiss of the Sea show. I would definitely recommend this hotel and might even return. During the off-season, prices are half, but although the bay is considered very calm, it won't protect you from rain. The choice is yours. Have a good holiday!

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with all facilities, and the bed was comfortable. I felt very secure staying here and would recommend it to my friends.

There weren't many activities or services available at the resort as it was undergoing maintenance and renovation. However, the beach was beautiful and the staff were very enthusiastic.

We visited Phu Quoc, Vietnam in 2024 and stayed at Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor. Back then, it was just the two of us in a standard room. This time, with our family of four, we booked a suite with a private pool, and the view was absolutely stunning, an unbeatable ocean view. The breakfast was also incredibly rich and even included smoked fish. What truly stood out was the fruit platter the hotel provided, specially adorned with a welcome message written in white chocolate – it felt very artistic and incredibly thoughtful. However, the restaurant service could use some improvement. There are no other dining options nearby, and the hotel's dinner service closes at 6 PM. We heard that for 250,000 VND, you could have a small buffet, which seemed reasonable to us. When we went at 5:50 PM, the staff seemed visibly annoyed and unwilling to serve us, practically chasing us away. But going to Sunset Town was too far, so dining wasn't very convenient.

Everything was great! The room was excellent, a two-room suite with 2 bathrooms. The cleaning was top-notch, a special thank you for that! Breakfasts were a feast – plenty of delicious food. The beach has white sand, clean and beautiful! The pools are good for both children and adults! Nearby, there's a free double-decker bus to Sunset. We walked around there in the evening, used our tickets for the Show, and it was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for family vacations.
