Upon entering the hotel lobby, it felt just like a regular apartment building... nothing special. However, after checking in, I was quite satisfied with the room size and cleanliness. The bedding was comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. The best part, though, was the accompanying swimming pool and the beachfront play area – truly fantastic! Both adults and kids had a great time. It's perfect for a vacation!

Excellent value for money, and the room is really spacious! The bed is super comfortable, I even think it's more comfortable than InterContinental's. My only minor gripe is with some of the room details, like having only one trash can for both the living room and bedroom.

The beach is stunning, with many facilities to enjoy. The swimming pool is spacious, and the lifeguards are friendly. I would recommend adding a time limit to the free indoor play areas, as some guests tend to use the same equipment for a long time even they see others waiting.

The hotel is very good, clean, and comfortable. It also has a balcony with a view. There are many facilities, and the pool is very huge. It was easy to get around Sunset Town and the beaches too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

My husband and I stayed here, and overall, it seems more geared towards families, especially with the kids' pool. However, it wasn't noisy at all, and the beach in front of the hotel, while not private, was perfect for a relaxing time. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes available, from pho and bun cha to banh mi and congee. We were very satisfied with the selection.

Everything was great except for the room service, which was quite slow. The facilities within the resort were a bit pricier than expected, but I was very happy with the breakfast. There was some sand on the bed, and it remained even after housekeeping. It was a bit scratchy. On the last day, I tried to open the app to call a Grab, and a staff member from the lobby came over and helped me get a Grab. He said the price would be the same and that they accepted cards, even though I told him I only had a card. However, when I arrived at the airport, they, of course, demanded cash, and there was no taxi that accepted cards. Other than that, the rest of the services were generally good. The staff were friendly, and the food was decent. The Herring Bar was a bit disappointing, but it was still edible, and the portions were generous.

The hotel was in good condition, and the swimming pool was big enough. The free paddleboarding for sea activities was a thoughtful touch. The facilities were excellent, offering great value for money, but the service was poor. We had arranged for a late check-out until 12:30 PM, but when we returned to our room at 12 PM after swimming, we couldn't get in. This prevented us from showering, and we had to go to a massage parlor next to the hotel to wash up. The service experience was truly disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and everything was great. Our room was cleaned every day. The hotel restaurant was very expensive, so we went to Sunset Town for lunch and dinner instead. The sea was clean, but there's a public beach nearby that gets very crowded with locals and tourists in the evenings. It's better to swim in the mornings.

The accommodation's hygiene and cleanliness were excellent! The only thing missing was children's bath products. There was no bath mat or disposable slippers, and I slipped and fell while showering... I asked the front desk for a bath mat, but for some reason, they misunderstood and gave me a shower cap instead.😅 The Vietnamese staff were very hospitable and most were happy to help. There were other entertainment facilities, so you wouldn't get bored even if it rained. It would be even better if there were USB charging ports too!😊
