Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc

Great value for money! Each villa comes with its own private pool, but do note that cleaning needs attention. The hotel has its own beach with decent sand, though the sea itself is just average. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, but staff are very quick to clear everything away, so make sure not to go right at the last minute.

The room was spacious, and having a private pool was fantastic – the kids had a blast. Plus, we even got complimentary zoo tickets. Overall, it's perfect for a family trip. The only regret is that we only stayed for three days. It was on the last night that we discovered Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc has such a beautiful beach, where we saw a stunning sunset. The beachfront restaurant even offers a great buffet and fire show in the evening.

During our trip to Phu Quoc, we stayed in one of the hotel's standalone three-bedroom villas, and the overall experience was incredibly satisfying. It truly was the most relaxing part of our trip for the entire family. The villa had a French romantic decor style and was even more spacious than we imagined. The living room had high ceilings, making the entire space feel very open and comfortable. We had three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. This was particularly convenient for us, as we were traveling with a baby and as a family. Everyone could stay together while still having their own private space. Outside the villa, there was a private pool surrounded by lush greenery. The resort's environment was beautiful and very quiet, giving us the feeling of truly living in a tropical retreat. Staff members came to clean and maintain the pool daily, so we felt at ease letting our child play there. The resort itself is quite large, but transportation was never an issue. The hotel provides shuttle tuk-tuks that make it easy to travel between the villa and the lobby. This was a great help, especially with a baby, stroller, and all our belongings. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was incredibly diverse, featuring dishes from various countries and regions. This catered to the dietary preferences of guests from different backgrounds, ensuring that everyone in the family could find something they enjoyed. For families with children, the Kids Club was a big bonus, offering facilities like slides and climbing structures perfect for little ones. The overall impression of the resort was that both adults and children could find activities suited to them, allowing everyone to rest and relax. Another highly recommended feature was the hotel's complimentary Shuttle Bus. We could take the shuttle directly to Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders, completely eliminating the need to arrange separate transportation. The hotel even provided free airport shuttle services, which were perfectly arranged in advance. Throughout our stay, we hardly incurred any additional transportation costs, which was incredibly convenient. For us, the biggest advantage of Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc is that once you check in, you don't have to worry about many of the typical travel logistics. Going to the theme park, going on safari, airport transfers, internal resort transportation, and children's activities – it's all practically taken care of. Traveling with a baby, one often fears the hassle of transportation and itineraries, but staying here truly made us feel like we were on a real 'vacation.' If I visit Phu Quoc again, I will definitely choose to stay here, and I highly recommend it to other families traveling to Phu Quoc with children.

I paid extra to upgrade to the Wonderworld Ocean View room. Despite the heavy rain, the kids had a great time in the private pool. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I noticed their expressions were much brighter and more pleasant compared to the staff at the Vinpearl Resort & Spa pool (which we visited because the main pool was under renovation). The pho at the hotel breakfast was even better than what you find outside, and the coconut coffee was absolutely delicious! Since it was raining so much and we didn't want to go out, we also had dinner at the hotel buffet. Interestingly, there were no Koreans there in the evening, mostly foreigners. The drinks were chargeable, which was a bit of a letdown for my husband as he wanted some soju. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the meat, seafood, and other dishes.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, my husband and I truly loved it. The staff were very warm, polite, and attentive. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and the room was clean. The only really negative point was the large number of Indian guests, who were quite disgusting and impolite. One Indian child broke a plate in the bread area, and a piece of shattered ceramic hit my husband's leg. The child's father stood by, hands in pockets, watching, and never once apologized, disciplined the child, or showed any shame. Instead, the restaurant staff came to apologize. Also, the Indian guests were very noisy and looked dirty; this was the only uncomfortable aspect. The hotel's beach bar was beautiful and great for photos. The room facilities were complete, and the private pool was cleaned daily. Room service had a 24-hour menu, and the food tasted good. There's also a free shuttle to Safari and VinWonders. Aside from the high number of Indian guests, there were no other issues with Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc.
