Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc

Pros: - Well-equipped facilities and a spacious environment with a comfortable garden. - Delicious and varied breakfast, I particularly loved the hu tieu (noodle soup). - Spacious room with a mini-kitchen, a balcony, and convenient drying racks. Disposable amenities are available upon request, as the resort stores them to protect the environment. Areas for improvement: - The Sonasea area isn't very large. It would be better if the resort upgraded its buggy service for all guests, making it easier to go out for meals, entertainment, and shopping nearby, as everything is within about 1km. The shuttle bus schedule to the airport is also quite limited. - The large swimming pool and private beach are great, but there are too few activities. Swim floats and bicycles have to be rented hourly. It would be better if these were included in the room rate and free for guests, as many other 5-star resorts do this. The pool also lacks a slide for children, which is a shame given its size. - There are very few activities for children. The kids' club is tiny and only has toys for babies. It also closes early at 6 PM, so kids can't play in the evening. There aren't many activities within the kids' club either. - The bar only opens at 5 PM. I wanted to go up earlier to take pictures, but couldn't. The sky bar is beautiful but locked.

The accommodation was clean, and the facilities and breakfast were all fantastic! It's also close to the night market, which made getting around very convenient.

Everything was perfect, from the location to the facilities and service. Early check-in was available depending on the situation, which was wonderful. On our last day, wanting to enjoy the accommodation a bit longer, we paid a fee to extend our late check-out until 6 PM. I highly recommend everyone to book this place!

I usually find writing reviews too much of a hassle and skip them, but I'm making an exception because of the staff. It might be just a personal impression, but my family and I were beyond satisfied. The staff are so kind, highly recommended!!! Any issues were addressed immediately—they are super prompt. I've stayed at many other places where the response times were so long it made you wonder what they were actually doing, but the attentiveness of the staff here was on another level~ There was zero waiting time, problems were resolved quickly, and the staff even cross-checked with each other. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, just a 15-minute drive away. The night market, bus stop, and a mart are just across the street, period!!!! The location is insanely good. Traveling to the north and Sunset Town is also very convenient. Breakfast is just so-so, but there’s a good variety. I stayed for 5 nights and didn't get tired of it~ Having visited Phu Quoc 5 times, this was by far the favorite for my family~ On our last day, after checking out, we were able to enjoy swimming to our heart's content, and unlike other hotels, they have separate individual shower rooms where we could clean up nicely before heading to the airport. It was fantastic~ We definitely plan to stay at Best Western again on our next visit~

The accommodation condition was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. The location was also convenient for traveling between the northern and southern parts of the city!

The hotel's location is great. There's a VIVImart right in front of the hotel, and on the way to Sonasi Night Market, there are many shops selling massages, food, Crocs, clothes, and more. Sonasi Night Market is also close by. The swimming pool and the evening sea sunset views are amazing. A shower filter is a must-have!

Room: The air conditioning was very cool! The sea view room has a balcony, offering views of the sea and beach! Breakfast: Mainly Vietnamese and Korean dishes, with some Western pastries. I hope they can add some Chinese food (currently none). Beach: It's a private beach, pretty good. The beach loungers are free, so you can relax anywhere. The scenery by the beach is a bit ordinary, but the sunshine is great.

Right in front of the hotel, there's the Sonasi Night Market. The hotel is really clean and quiet. On the first floor, there's a gym, massage services, and a swimming pool – it's really convenient. I used to always stay at the InterContinental, but I came here this time, and for walking around and having fun, this place is much better. I plan to stay here again next time.
