Phu Quoc Bungalow Yen Thanh Reviews

Huge thanks to the bungalow hosts; they made us feel right at home. We initially booked for a month but loved it so much we decided to extend our stay instead of moving. The bungalow has a good washing machine, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi is stable, and there's always hot water. The bed is genuinely large. Towels are changed daily, and coffee and water are provided. Room cleaning is top-notch. Even when there were island-wide power outages, everything here kept running on generators. The hosts are wonderful people, always available, and they respond and resolve any issues at any time. The pool is always clean. You can also rent a scooter on-site. We'd happily come back here! ♥️

Location is good, close to supermarkets and restaurants, but hot water in the room is available only at 12 pm, when the sun is shining due to solar system, which is really upsetting, airport transfer is very convenient!

Great value for money if you’re using the kitchen for most of your meal

We stayed for three nights, and no cleaning was done during that time, so our privacy was maintained. It has basic kitchen facilities and a washing machine, and is located near King Kong Mart, so it's suitable for long-term stays. However, since it's located on a steep hill, it's best to take a taxi if you're not confident in your legs. Also, since it's in a mountain location, it's convenient to bring insect repellent. The host was very helpful and would give us advice via Whatsapp if we needed anything. When we inquired about locating the bungalow using Grab, we were recommended a different electric taxi app, but we requested transportation to the airport, which was arranged for us. Thank you!

We really liked it! The rooms are large, bright, and updated. Great washing machine, kitchen, and parking. Clean pool and beautiful garden. But without a bike, it's a long way to the beach and cafes. We paid 1,800 rubles; we would have stayed longer, but everything was booked.

Spacious bungalows, newly renovated, in a gated community, with very friendly and attentive staff. The hot water pressure is weak; sometimes the shower even switches to the faucet due to the weak water pressure. There's very little within walking distance of the hotel, so plan your transportation options first – either rent a moped directly from the hotel or take a taxi. If you walk uphill from the entrance to the back of the hotel, just past the last bungalow is the exit to the large resort, where you can find European food and breakfast. The nearest beach, Ong Lang, is 4 km away; like everywhere else on Phu Quoc, you'll need to be resourceful to reach it through cafes and resorts, but the beach itself is free and pleasant. There are minimal local shops and food near the hotel.

A family of three stayed from late October to late November 2025. The bungalow is spacious and clean, with everything we needed. They clean and change the linens every three days. Water is provided daily. Towels are changed daily. Trash is taken out daily. No pets were seen in the room. The hosts are friendly and respond promptly to requests. The bungalows are located 500 meters from the free shuttle bus stops, making it easy to get to both the city and the beach.

The room is spacious and has a kitchen. It has everything you need to cook. The location isn't the most convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop.

The house is quite spacious. There is everything you need, even a washing machine. The air conditioner was there and worked well, although it was not clear from the description whether it was there or not. The room was quite clean. The stay was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, they did everything to make you want to come back again. Cleaning is daily. Unusual fruits grew in the yard: pomegranates, carambola and, I think, jackfruit. There is a small pool on the territory. Of the minuses, only the water pressure could be better. Bus stops 17 and 19 are a 7-minute walk away, but they are difficult to find on the map. It takes a long time to get to the sea, it is better to take a bike, the traffic is moderate, unlike other cities in Vietnam. You can rent a bike at the hotel, the cost is about 120,000 VND, but it may depend on the season. There are cafes and shops nearby. Overall, an excellent offer considering the reasonable price

I really like this exquisite and small resort. It is clean and tasteful. There are not many rooms but the environment is well maintained. I hope I can stay here again next time.
