Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort Reviews

This is an old-school Sheraton, but the food is absolutely delicious, and there are some shows worth watching. The service is decent, though the facilities are definitely a bit dated and not quite up to scratch. The sea view is fantastic, and I really liked the floor layout. The vintage-style transparent capsule elevators are totally my thing! And the sunset over the hotel's private beach in the evening? Simply stunning!

Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel. Our vacation was wonderful! Delicious breakfasts. The buffet has plenty to choose from. There is a lot of variety. The beach is nearby. A free tuk-tuk took us between the hotels. Prosperity and satisfied customers!

The facilities are amazing. We stayed at the 4 bedrooms villa for 3 nights. The breakfast has lots of variety including asian, indian, western. I was amazed with variety of tea and coffee selections. Just one little things that to improve is the hot water needs to run for a leadt 5 mins to get hot. Other than that, everything is perfect.

We stayed with our family for 4 nights. It was very comfortable, clean, and we really liked the fact that the kitchen utensils were available. Come next year for 14 days.

The breakfast, service, and views are all top-notch. However, the location in the north is too far, about 1-2 hours' drive from the more bustling central and southern areas. It makes you too lazy to go out and explore.

The breakfast place is extremely packed. Maybe due to the xmas holiday. There is an other customer pushed me and my make boiling hot coffee spilled. My hands are burned with bubbles appeared. That extremely horrible and the other customer just walk away. Thats crazy But the hotel staff is nice enough to offer a cream for me to try comfort my hand, thats so sweet of them! The staff at the elite member checkin counter treat me very nicely and go extra mile to make sure my stay is happy.

Honestly, the hotel facilities are quite old, but the service is good. Aside from the outdated facilities, both the breakfast and the hotel dining maintain the quality of a five-star hotel.

This hotel has 65 rooms on each floor, spanning 8 floors from east to west. There are 4 staircases at each end, both east and west. I know this so clearly because I booked a king room and a standard room under one name, and one room was assigned to the east end of the 5th floor while the other was at the west end of the 6th floor. They even blamed me for not informing them in advance. Traveling with my non-English-speaking parents was quite a hassle; we had to walk from east to west 7-8 times a day. The hotel facilities are quite old, and the elevators are incredibly slow during peak hours. On top of that, the hotel offers currency exchange services for everything *except* Chinese Yuan.

A nice hotel for the family, close to the Grand World and VinWonders. However, it is far away from the airport and the center. Good for rest but not good for night events.

The hotel location is convenient to Vinpearl safari , Vinwonders and Grand World. There is free shuttle service throughout the day. The buffet breakfast is nice with variety of choices. Room is very spacious. The private beach is clean.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort after finding a great deal on Trip.com. This time, we wanted to explore the northern part of Phu Quoc, and the location was perfect for that. We booked a 3-bedroom villa, which was fantastic for our group. The villa featured a small private pool and, while it was a bit worn, it was very clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of the buggies that frequently circulated around the property, making it easy to get to the main building. Breakfast at the resort was another highlight. There were plenty of options to choose from, ensuring everyone in our group was satisfied. The main pool was impressively large and never felt crowded, providing a great place to relax. The hotel's proximity to VinWonders and other attractions like Vinpearl Safari and Grand World made it an excellent choice for those looking to explore. Additionally, we found out that there is a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to visit these attractions.

Your hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is very huge. We stayed at small villa and enjoyed the amazing sea view from room. The beautiful beach is just in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. There are lots of indoor facilities such as gym, snooker, ping pong and hockey machine. We used them when there was heavy rain outside. The breakfast has lots of different choices and the tastes are very good. We love the coconut coffee and mocha coconut water! In the dining area we saw an Indian chef with black uniform checking food. My husband who is also a hotelier saying once you see the chef standing in the restaurant, the food must be promising! I would like to especially thank to the front desk staff "Ha" and duty manager "Katherine". During check-in we found we had made double reservation by mistake. While we were so worried about the charge, they patiently helped us to solve the problem immediately. In fact I could see all the staff greeted guests with sweet smile all the time. Again my hotelier husband said this hotel did provide very good and professional trainings to all staff. Again I appreciate your preparation of the bed for celebrating our dating anniversary. You had given me unforgettable experience, I will highly recommend my friends to stay in your hotel!
