Movenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc

This room type is quite a good deal compared to the villa. It has nice views and a reasonable price. The villa was a bit overpriced. After one day in the villa, I didn't feel it was worth continuing. Whether you pay 1500 a day or 600 a day, you get the same breakfast and afternoon tea, haha 😄, no difference at all.

Both rooms had stained bed sheets, and the blinds in the bathroom were broken. We reported it on the first night, but no one came to fix it by the third day, meaning people outside could see us showering through the window. Our floating tray breakfast, which we pre-ordered, never arrived. On our first day, we were given two meal vouchers. On the second day, a staff member called our villa and said they would send two more vouchers to our room. However, when we tried to use them on the third day, we were told the vouchers given on the second day were invalid. The manager on duty called our villa, saying they wanted to understand more about the cleanliness and facilities in the room. When they arrived, they actually told us that two of the meal vouchers were invalid and even questioned if we had mistakenly taken someone else's vouchers on the second day, stating they would check the CCTV. After we repeated the source of the vouchers, they then said the vouchers could be used. We felt a lot of precious time was wasted, and we felt quite wronged. Finally, the staff offered a late check-out until 3 PM as compensation. We will not be staying here again and will tell our friends not to either.

The room was spacious and the environment was good, but there wasn't a convenience store nearby.
