The photos and the actual condition of the room were different. The walls were worn out and cracked. The air conditioner remote control was unreliable and stopped working from time to time. The toilet and bathroom were actually very clean and in good condition, which I appreciated. However, the bed linen was dirty. I asked the staff to change it, and they did, but the new linen also had visible stains that clearly had not been properly washed. Another major problem was the construction work in the building from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day. The drilling noise was very loud and made it impossible to rest in the room, so I had to move to another place. However, after I cancelled the booking and changed my accommodation, I received a refund. I appreciate that this issue was resolved.

The check-in and check-out process was very quick. The receptionist on duty was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable for resting. The facilities were standard but everything was available. The hotel is not too far from the airport but far from famous tourist attractions.

Overall, it’s a good value-for-money hotel with a convenient location. We stayed here for one night, and the hotel is close to the airport. Just one recommendation: don’t rent an electric moped—it’s very problematic; a gasoline motorbike is better.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Phu Quoc. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable, with a nice balcony to relax on. We received complimentary water and fresh towels every day, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a spa. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One of the team members even helped us book a Grab when we needed it. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value. Highly recommend!
