Ann Hotel & Spa Khem Beach PQ

The room has everything you need and is clean. It's a bit small for a couple. The beach is nearby. Overall, everything is good, but it's better to choose a bigger room.

We stayed at Ann Hotel & Spa Khem Beach PQ. The hotel is close to the beach, which is very convenient. The room we had didn't have a window, which wasn't mentioned in the description, but it was clean and cozy. Housekeeping was done every day. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and attentive. Overall, we were happy with our stay! 😊

Close to the beach. Beach towels are provided. The bed is large and comfortable. The shower in the bathroom has a glass door, which isn't always the case. There's a small rug on the floor by the bed – not sure why, but it's there. What's definitely *not* here is any free space! Which means you have to head to the beach, and luckily, beach towels are available. However, there's practically no space left on the beach this year. It's completely packed, especially during Chinese New Year. That's a week before and a week after. So, the verdict: the hotel is good, the beach is the best on the island, just avoid Chinese New Year.

This is our second hotel on the island. The location is excellent, and the breakfast area upstairs is very convenient. There's also a free shuttle bus to Sunset Town, just a minute's walk from the hotel.

We stayed here for two nights in March 2026 while traveling around the island. It's a city hotel located on the street leading to Kem Beach, the main city beach. There are several minimarts, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Directly opposite, there's a stop for the free double-decker shuttle to Sunset Town, which is very convenient for trips to shows and the cable car – about a 15-minute ride. Breakfast is available for an extra 150,000 VND on the top floor. It includes Pho Bo soup, eggs made to order, sausages, vegetables, local fruits, greens, butter, toast, juices, tea, and coffee. The room isn't large, but it's quiet, even with a street view. The bathroom has everything you need, no issues there. 350ml water bottles, tea, and coffee are replenished daily; other items in the minibar are extra. Beach towels are provided in the room, but they don't grant access to loungers on the beach. Those spots, as well as the toilets and showers on the beach, cost extra. This is how Kem Beach differs from other beaches on the island. Overall, it has everything you need for a short stay of a few days.

Great location near the beach, with a bus stop nearby offering free shuttles to Sunset Town. There are shops, coffee and smoothie kiosks, and coconut stands. The room is clean and modern, but has no windows. Breakfast is included, but items are not always available; it feels like something is always running out. Breakfast is served on a terrace, where you can sit indoors or outdoors. The staff isn't very engaged with guests; greetings and goodbyes are minimal. Rooms are cleaned daily, but tea and coffee supplies aren't replenished, and the mug wasn't washed. The toilet paper wasn't replaced and ran out at an inconvenient moment. There's a one-way airport transfer available (to or from). No laundry facilities are provided; you have to use a separate laundry service. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The beach with its palm grove is excellent.

This hotel and spa is located just a 4-minute walk from a white sandy beach. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though about half of them lack windows (they're covered up). The reception staff are lovely and very responsive to any request. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor; for a 3-star hotel, you'll always find something to eat. Soundproofing isn't great, which is typical for most buildings in this area, but it didn't bother us. If you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage on the 1st floor and head to the beach.
