This resort truly delivers on relaxation! I slept wonderfully, and the hotel facilities are complete, clean, and the service is warm. The front desk even offers Chinese-speaking staff. The hotel has its own beach which is perfect for photos, and it's super convenient to get to VinWonders Phu Quoc, just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

The room facilities were excellent, and the service was great too. The beach is private, and they have a game room and special activities, which was really nice.

My trip to Phu Quoc was made perfect by my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with all necessary amenities. The overall atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were warm, friendly, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. Even with rainy weather, their patience and kindness shone through. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and excellent service, which made my solo trip feel even more secure and enjoyable. From the facilities and environment to the service, everything felt well worth the price. This is a highly recommended resort hotel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Phu Quoc! The hotel is very comfortable and has a lot of amenities 👍 The service is excellent, and the airport shuttle bus is a great convenience. It's a shame the pool was under maintenance, but everything else was fantastic, and the views were beautiful! It's perfect for families, friends, or couples on vacation.

The environment is beautiful and close to the beach. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and the service is okay. There's a kids' club, which the children really enjoyed. The spa is pretty good, clean, and hygienic, but the location is a bit out of the way.

The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich, with plenty of options suitable for young children and those on a diet/calorie-controlled regimen. Most importantly, there's even a water dispenser outside the restaurant where you can refill your bottle! Additionally, the hotel offers many family-friendly activities, and the staff are all very friendly and polite.

The hotel's breakfast was incredibly satisfying! Full marks! A wide variety of options and excellent service. The taste was very much to Chinese palates, and the chili oil packed a punch. Although the location is a bit far out, the environment is absolutely stunning. The room balcony is super spacious; you can lie there and watch the sunset! Absolutely breathtaking! The beach is clean and uncrowded, offering amazing privacy! This hotel is truly worth the price!
