Honestly, I'm surprised by so many positive reviews. It's true that the garden is well-kept and beautiful, it's close to the shore, the location is fine, but the hotel is quite old, there are mosquitoes in the room, and this would still be bearable if it weren't for the bad service.

it was a perfect stay. beautiful facility, beach with enough space, nice pool, good breakfast, and location close to dozens of restaurants. We we happy and would come back.

Active construction inside the hotel with constant drilling and banging from early morning through the day. Multiple sleepless nights. Ants in the room, no hot water most days. Complaints were met only with apologies and a complimentary drink... no room change, no solution. Construction was not disclosed. Non-refundable booking. Avoid.

Beautiful resort. Staff was always so kind and ready to help. Clean rooms. Resort is close to many great restaurants in a prime location. Will definitely be returning to this resort. Best place to watch the sunset.

The place is very convenient as it is very near the beach(300 meters away). The location is very near to the night market. Around the hotel are also many eateries and spa wellness centre. The breakfast can be improved with more choices and variety. The room may need to do a major revamp or renovation as some areas are quite rundown or old. Overall is a good experience to stay there.

Old but gold hotel. Perfect location on the beach in Phu Quoc! Rooms in the main building are spacious and really outdated but still good value for the money. Relaxed and chilled atmosphere!

Perfect location with near by restaurant and food availability hotel have gym, pool room, swimming pool with beach access staff are friendly and helpful I rent scooter for 150,000 Vnd and if you need to travel around 80Km so 50,000 Vnd is enough for petrol overall amazing place touch my heart next time sure I will come

This was second time in the hotel. One year ago we booked bungalow, now it was standard room. But every our staying here is amazing. Highly recommended!

Place has very pretty beach, grounds are nice. My bungalow had problem with drainage system.

Very good location, very beautiful swimming pool area , green calm and so nice, pool to the beach 30 second walk. Very good price too, breakfast was ok, gym not that much.

The hotel is well located, there are several good cafes, a great spa and a small shop nearby. There is also a laundry. The hotel itself is old, but everything you need is there. The pool is a bit dirty. There is a private beach and this is definitely a plus. There are enough sun loungers for everyone.

The hotel is decent overall. The grounds are clean, green, and compact. The bungalow is tidy and has enough space for two people. However, the hotel itself is not new, and the furniture shows signs of wear. The weakest aspect of the hotel is the breakfast. There are not many options, but it’s sufficient for a 3-4 day stay. Unfortunately, the food is low-quality and not very appealing. We preferred to eat outside, where there are several other places that offer better breakfasts. Overall, I would rate the hotel as a strong 3+. It’s a suitable place for an overnight stay, but not much more than that.
