The only thing I'd praise about this hotel is the amazing breakfast. It was beyond excellent! Everything else, however, needs significant improvements. The rooms and facilities are very old (especially the plumbing); it was unpleasant to even touch the faucets. The check-in staff were unwelcoming. After interacting with the female receptionist, I just wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible. I do not recommend it!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel environment was excellent. The room was spacious and well-ventilated, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, it had a great view. Overall, a really pleasant experience, highly recommend.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the facilities are a bit old, and there was a strong smell in the room, although it was clean.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! The price was right, offering great value for money. Airport Pick-up: I contacted the hotel in advance to book their pick-up service. The driver was waiting for me at the airport exit, holding a sign with my name on it. I spotted him right after stepping out of the airport. The pick-up was seamless! Front Desk: Upon entering the hotel, I was offered a welcome drink, which was delicious. The front desk staff member's English accent was a bit strong, but when I didn't understand, she patiently re-explained and even wrote things down for me. The entire process was very pleasant. Buffet Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide and varied selection. It made me want to wake up early every day just for breakfast. Surroundings: Right next to the hotel is a mud spa. Just a short walk away, there's a bus stop, as well as a supermarket and places to rent motorbikes. The hotel also has a free beach area and a swimming pool, plus a small garden perfect for photos. Guest Room: It was spacious and very clean. I booked a sea-view room, and I could see the ocean perfectly from my balcony, with no obstructions. The view was absolutely beautiful.

Great hotel, but we don't really have time to enjoy the facilities.

The staff are very welcoming and helping. The breakfast including provides variable of choices and delicious. But I had one whole day of vomiting just after the breakfast, my friend was completely ok even though eating similar food. Not recommend drinking beverages with ice inside. The view from dinning area is good, can see the beach directly.

They have upgraded our room to ocean view room, the sunset is superb! The service and the super king size bed is great, The breakfast is perfect! It’s worth to stay again in the future.

The facilities are a bit old, but it was the cheapest hotel with a sea view I could find. The furniture and bathroom fixtures are quite dated, but at least it was clean. You'll need to take a taxi to get around; we only walked to a massage parlor. For other things like food, you definitely need a taxi as there aren't many restaurants or shops clustered nearby. The mud bath is right next door, and the breakfast was indeed plentiful and very satisfying!

I enjoyed the trip, the room was spacious and the view was spectacular, only one tiny thing is that, i kept my travel card inside, and as i was checking out i couldn’t find it. It was really sad, as it was my old card and getting a new one is gonna cost a lot. They didn’t even bother to look for it or ask anyone about it! Just be careful of your things.

The resort was located at a quiet side of Phu Quok. Beach was not great and water was quite murky. 1sd day had problems with the in room safe. Even after got the staff to reset it, still had problems. Eventually didn't use it. The heater adjustment for the shower was not user friendly and only manged to figure it out after 2 nites. Breakfast was good with a wide selection and staff were very responsive.

It was located on the beach where all other hotels next to each other. It was noisy, The reception was stinky for some reason. If you want some quiet time, or peacefulness to rest, it is not the tight place for you. The sea is way better on the northern part of the island. Pics looked great, but the reality was a bit different.
