Riverside Mini Hotel Grand World Phu Quoc

Facilities was not bad. Room was a bit small - hard to even open luggage so I had to opened up the balcony to utilise space. Water pressure a bit slow for shower. Other than that, okay! Location was great - got the Venice River view. Walking distance to few attractions like Venice River cruise, Quintessence show, Urban Park - great to take pictures, Bamboo Legend - inside have small Starbucks and halal foods (Halal Venice, B May, Halal Phu Quoc). Owner Mr. Hiep was nice and helpful. Laundry can be done here and laundry is by KG! Which is super convenient compared to pieces. Many spa choices (this hotel has one but didn't go). Went to the next one Sunny. And my friends went to the opposite this hotel (across the bridge). Oh they have Highlands store walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay at Catarina Hotel! The location was perfect and close to Sunset Town and the Hon Thom Cable Car. The room was clean, cosy and had a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Everything was convenient and comfortable. As you can see, firework can see from rooftop. Definitely recommended! 🥰

Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room door could not be locked properly, which was a little concerning. Hopefully the hotel can look into this issue.

Lost at first even though the distance from the drop-off point of bus no. 17 to the hotel is only 250 meters walk. The check-in place is at a cute ice cream shop. Mr. Loi provided friendly service and provided a refreshing welcome drink. He also helped provide suggestions for halal places to eat. Early check-in was allowed and the staff helped carry bags to the room even though there was an elevator available. The room was quite large for three people, clean and complete with a refrigerator, hair dryer and electric kettle. The air conditioning was also cold and the linen smelled fresh. Overall ok and a beautiful view of the canal even though the room has no balcony. The hotel is very near to Teddy Bear Museum, Grand world, halal cafe and mini markets. Very easy to get buggy and Grab. For sure will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our first trip to Phu Quoc. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff was warm and friendly. Everyone was helpful and made our stay more enjoyable.

Hotel with balcony and view along canal. Very affordable price with variety of restaurants surrounding. Help us with taxi from Grandworld to Sunset Town.
