Great place with very welcoming staff. They don't understand English, so everything was done via a translator. The rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, and they provide water, tea, and coffee. Breakfasts aren't varied but are delicious, with a huge bowl of soup (either pho bo or pho ga) each day, scrambled eggs, a fruit platter, a smoothie or juice, tea, 3-in-1 coffee, toast, jam, and butter. We were with our children, and Grandma Ku gave them pastries and fermented milk drinks every day, even offering to have dinner with them! 😁 There are cafes and shops nearby, though prices aren't cheap. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the beach, which needs to be arranged with the owner. He can also organize scooter rentals for 150,000 per day. The beach is very clean, and the sea is clear. If you walk to or from the beach, you'll find more cafes and shops with more reasonable prices, and delicious beef buns are sold by street vendors. There's a massage salon on the first floor of the hotel, and guests receive a discount. The New World hotel is nearby, which offers a free double-decker bus to and from Sunset Town (check the schedule).

This is an affordable yet very cozy hotel, located near one of the island's most beautiful beaches. The beach is lit up, so you can even swim there at night (in fact, it's 100 times better at night: free sun loungers, peaceful, hardly anyone in the sea, calm waters, no sea urchins, no scorching sun, and slightly cooler temperatures). The 10-minute walk to the sea can be replaced by a free transfer from the owner in his golf cart. Breakfasts are very hearty; I never managed to finish everything. They serve soup, scrambled eggs, watermelon, juice, and you can make your own toast and coffee/tea. There's also a free hourly shuttle to Sunset Beach not far from the hotel. Around the hotel, you'll find plenty of small restaurants and 24-hour shops. The room is spacious, clean, and bright, equipped with a kettle, a large TV, a huge wardrobe, and a shower. Housekeeping and fresh water are provided daily. The only downside is that there's no refrigerator in the room.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the receptionist was a very polite man who drove us to and from the beach. Every morning, they served a delicious breakfast in the cozy cafe: pho bo soup, scrambled eggs, juice, and toast with jam and butter. We also rented a scooter there and explored the area. There's a massage parlor on the first floor. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel on the best beach in Phu Quoc! The manager is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated in a classic style. The bathroom is large and everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. The room is equipped with everything you need. Water and coffee are provided daily, and beach towels are available. They provide a shuttle service to and from the beach, so don't let the 800-meter distance deter you. You can even walk it in no more than 10 minutes. We've stayed at other hotels on this beach, but this one is the best! I definitely recommend it. I wish the hotel prosperity and hope to return!

I really loved the hotel, and the owners were incredibly pleasant! We had a deluxe double room on the second floor. We booked it about two months before our trip, and the price was 2500 rubles per night with a Trip.com discount. For such a small amount of money, the amenities were fantastic: * Comfortable bed and pillows * Linens changed every 4-5 days * Large wardrobe with a safe and lighting * Mini-fridge * TV (YouTube works perfectly) * Kettle and various instant drinks * Bottled drinking water replenished daily * Two windows * Air conditioning * Two waffle bathrobes * Face, body, and foot towels changed daily * Floors cleaned daily * Hot water with no drainage issues * Individually packaged disposable amenities like toothbrushes, razors, combs, etc. * Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel (hair conditioner was provided, but I didn't like it; better to use your own) * Iron and crockery with utensils available upon request * Beach towels * Beach transfer if the owner is around, which he almost always is * Within 7-10 minutes walking distance to the best beach on the island, passing by decent cafes, shops, and massage places. The beach was the cleanest we saw. The water was very warm, and there were sun loungers, showers, and toilets available for an extra fee. Entry to the beach itself is free. Another huge plus is that it's a completely new area, everything is very well-maintained and pleasant to be in, and it's not noisy. We checked in late in the evening because our flight was delayed, and they kindly waited for us. We also checked out late; they extended our room stay until the evening for free! Highly recommend!

Clean, with daily housekeeping and a great view from the window. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, or the hotel owner can take you there by tuk-tuk. Breakfasts are hearty and delicious. They even offer bike rentals if you need one. We liked the location; it's quiet with no construction noise. We used a motorbike to get to the two most popular beaches. There are plenty of establishments nearby. It's 2 km to the night markets and a 10-minute motorbike ride to Sunset Town. I recommend it.
