Great hotel for family. My kids enjoyed the pool and it’s slides. Their petting zoo is amazing. The room design looked dated but still very comfortable. The garden within the hotel is huge and beautiful, the management did a great job balancing the lush greenery with amenities. Karon beach is just crossing a road. This is best beach in Phuket, with white powdery sand and Amazing sunset. I would choose this hotel again when I back in Phuket.

The hotel is sitting on an pretty sizeable campus, but the curved design helps to manage walking distance between different facilities. There a few swimming pools on site, as well as restaurants if you like to stay on the property. You can easily take a Tutu or taxi from the beach entrance. There used to be a TOPS convenience store according to Google map but it is gone now. Hotel is old with facility in the home. Phone is like still in the 90s. Bathroom was done probably 10 years ago. Their toothpaste comes with a tiny drop it bearly covers one time usage. Overall if you like big hotels this is it. But room is getting old. Will I go back again? Probably not.

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

This is a second review for the hotel as we extended our stay. Again, it was a great hotel, great breakfast, quiet rooms, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. My only slight complaint it that the pool was not very clean - even after it had been cleaned it seemed like the filet systems were turned off. Would stay again. Would recommend.

Had a great stay at the hotel, spacious rooms and lovely swimming pools and pool bars. We would’ve loved to see more pictures f a variety during breakfast time, too many of the same dishes especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Better shuttle service to the beach would’ve been great too, there are only 4 opportunities each day to take the shuttle bus to the beach nearby and back to the hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bang Tao and they had a shuttle service going to the market and beach at all times, this made it just nicer to plan your day and a wonderful extra service from the Hilton. Rooms have very little privacy, although the views are incredible, you have to keep your blinds closed at all times otherwise the room opposite you can look directly into your bedroom which just spoiled having these great windows and views. Overall good stay and was quite relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

Good budget room, no frills. Cleaning every two to three days. The air conditioner worked well, it hangs above the bed, but does not blow on the bed itself - it was comfortable to sleep. The staff was responsive, there was a flight delay, I wrote to the hotel before departure, we arrived at 2 a.m. and they were waiting for us - thank you very much for that! Excellent location, everything is nearby, the sea is 10 minutes walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, 7/11 - all within walking distance. We had a room with a view of the mountains and the river, we slept well.

We lived from 3 to 8 January 2020. The description on the site Booking.ru is actually not true. After one day of stay we asked to return the money and wanted to leave, but we refused. Why didn't I like: The rails in the bedroom without several stripes, the sun beats in the eyes, as from the light they do not close. The bed broke as soon as they sat on it. The noise from the street - from the location of the building? - the sound can be compared in the war of the moth. Dirty dirty cabinet, not washed. The air conditioner doesn't work, turned to the office, but the girl promised that they would do only tomorrow. That is to sleep in the oven and heat? The safe doesn't work. The door to the shower room rotten to the bottom. The shower flows through the door, the whole floor is wet. The rusty shelf in the shower, constantly falling. The shelves in the shower room at a height about a metre from the floor. We as in a trap, read that everything is cool, booked, paid. And now like-not like - live! Oh, we have made a 10% discount, although we explained that we do not want to live with them. Such attitude to the guests can only be called a cheating. We travel a lot, but we have faced such for the first time. Previously, I read reviews and chose a place of rest on reviews. Now I understand that not all good reviews can be believed. For the same money you can find places much, much better!

I was very satisfied beyond my expectation. I traveled with a few friends and contacted customer service to arrange a pick-up for us. My aunt was waiting at the door before the car arrived. She introduced us to the facilities in the room and washed our clothes every day. , I put the tip in the laundry bag. My aunt thought it was the money we lost. She was very polite every time she saw it. There are some very cute dogs in the community. If you like them, you can pet them and they will follow you. Even if you don't like them, they won't come over to scare you. They are very well-proportioned dogs. The room is very big and clean. My aunt is very good at cleaning.
