Great location is abt 5-10 mins to kata beach and the cliff cafe. Nearby have many restaurants to eat. There is also 2 7-11 nearby. The hotel room is clean, big and quiet. Hotel provides great breakfast which my whole family enjoyed a lot. There is small accident happened during the stay, and hotel management are very helpful and provide all necessary and urgent arrangements and support to help my family. Much appreciate! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at the hotel, spacious rooms and lovely swimming pools and pool bars. We would’ve loved to see more pictures f a variety during breakfast time, too many of the same dishes especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Better shuttle service to the beach would’ve been great too, there are only 4 opportunities each day to take the shuttle bus to the beach nearby and back to the hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bang Tao and they had a shuttle service going to the market and beach at all times, this made it just nicer to plan your day and a wonderful extra service from the Hilton. Rooms have very little privacy, although the views are incredible, you have to keep your blinds closed at all times otherwise the room opposite you can look directly into your bedroom which just spoiled having these great windows and views. Overall good stay and was quite relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

Airport Beach Hotel is in a fantastic location especially for those flying in late at night or with an early departure. The hotel is very clean and modern with a good breakfast offered. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The only complaint I have is the bathtub/shower area which was terribly designed as the entire bathroom gets flooded when the water runs off the tub on onto the floor.

Resort is 40-50 mins drive from the Phuket airport. Not really near any beaches (30 min drive to the closest one) or town (20 min drive). Restaurants available around the lagoon area. Local road side restaurants on the main road. Boat arcade supermarket 5 mins walk from the resort front desk. Nice swimming pool, with kids playing area, and pool valleyball net available. Polite staffs. Good coffee at lighthouse cafe. Initially, we have booked a premier delux room with lagoon view. We arrived the resort entrance saying ”this looks nice”. But we checked in and realised we were not staying at the hotel wing. We were led to the marina/ lagoon side, which looked a lot like a retirement village. The room was large, nice view looking at the yachts. But the room was so neglected, and definitely needed some cleaning and re-furnishing done. Long story short, we had a long drive, we stayed the first night, and we would get a room change the next morning. Obviously, we didn't get a good night sleep. We approached the front desk, complaint about that room and wanted a room change. This was the first time I ever complaint about hotel room. Initially,the staffs wanted us the price difference, in the end offering a room at hotel wing, facing the pool with no extra cost. We checked out the room condition before accepting it. The difference was heaven and hell . Just want to thank front desk staffs for making room change available. This made the end of our trip on a high note. Just want to mention, although pool regulations said that no lifeguard on duty. But if pool attendant/staff sees young kids wander into pool without adult, staffs should intervene. One morning during breakfast hours, 3 kids walked into the pool , the oldest kid maybe only 7 yr old. The played at the kids area for 15-20 min unattended. The mother popped up from one of the rooms on 1st floor. The son decided jumped into deeper water. Lucky he didn't submerge straight away and managed to yell at his mother for help. Mother saved own son. Nobody would have noticed the kid was drowning if mom wasn't there.

We like the place and we’ll be back again! It’s a very clean, simple newly built boutique hotel with all the amenities we needed. We loved that our room (305) has direct pool access (like a lot of the rooms). It was very well placed and very convenient. Food was great with reasonable pricing. However, the restaurant (small but very well enough for us) closes at 5pm (which we only found out later). The staff and workers are very friendly. Maybe it’s a fluke, but it took us about 25 minutes to have our (simple food) order. The bathroom got clogged when taking a shower. But we managed since our schedule was very hectic. The room is clean, comfortable, soft pillows, a little hard mattress. The bathroom has no door. If going with friends, it will be a little embarrassed. There is no refrigerator in the room. The maid is lovely, greeted, smiling, a comfortable and friendly hotel.

If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nam Naka Boutique Hotel, and while the experience had its moments of charm, there were notable areas that left room for improvement. While the hotel exuded a quaint charm, it fell short in terms of modern conveniences. The absence of certain amenities that are considered standard in many hotels left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection. Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. It's essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize cleanliness to ensure guests feel at ease during their visit.

A good hotel, close to the beach, the night market and the famous Bangla Road Street, a lot of exchangers are nearby, if you can always find a profitable price. Also a number of supermarkets and regular fruit shops. The bail can be left in both local currency and in dollars, euros and rubles (5000 rubles) Staff on respiratory not very social, in Russian does not speak, only in English. Take the room + breakfast, breakfast is the same day, but there is always eggs and fruits for which a big plus. There is a pleasant pool if you don't want to go to the beach in the heat. The room is simple but cozy. Fen, teapot, safe is. Cleaning was every day, with floor washing. Only once we didn't get water. Overall it's all right.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay.
