We stayed 3 nights and paid approx £62/night - pool access room. Check in was easy and our room was ready even though we were a few hours early. We had a pool access room so expected it to be located on the ground floor, however, it was actually on the 1st floor which required 2 flights of stairs to be climbed - no good if you are unable to do this. Access to the room from reception is down in a lift through an underground carpark and up 2 flights, its a bit of a trek!! The room was great though! Nice comfy bed and good shower. Outside deck had 2 loungers. You share the pool with 5 other rooms but we always had it to ourselves! The water was a good temperature, we enjoyed it a lot! The location of the hotel is 2 minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the main area with lots of nicer bars and eateries. The room was them clean and new towels and bedding each day, we really don't like this. We'd rather keep until we request a change. 4 bottles of complimentary water each day was excellent. Our only concerns with the room area is the lack of a net curtain/privacy glass on the windows. The view is lovely but you need to keep the curtains closed and the ledge at the staircase. The ledge sticks out a lot and hubby, nearly 6ft, banged his head a few times. We'd stay again and would recommend.

We are just about to spend the last night of our 1 week stay at Casabay pool villas. The booking process was great, we did everything via email and the reservation team sent us our SHABA ID for the Phuket Sandbox immediately after we secured the booking. On arrival at the property (3 bedroom pool villa), we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation; 3 generously sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area and a substantial outdoor area including pool and terrace. There is also a separate laundry area and car port. The beds are comfortable and the property is kept clean. The pool is a good size and ample towels are provided daily. The reception is open 9am - 5pm although you can telephone the resort for out of hours queries or visit the 24 hour reception at the sister hotel, Stay Well, located 2 mins down the road. There is also a security guard on duty in the evening. We have had the pleasure of dealing with ‘Nan’ on serval occasions for temperature checks and various queries. Nan has been wonderful, she speaks very good English and has tried her best to accommodate our needs throughout our stay- thankyou Nan 🙏 The location of the property has worked well for us, we enjoy the walk through the local village to the main the main road where you can find the Seven Eleven, Family Mart, some restaurants/tour shops and taxis. The resort is convenient for those who wish to visit Rawai and Chalong (5 mins in taxi). We hired a car to travel further afield to Phuket town, kata, Kamala and karon. All in all a good stay and we would defiantly recommend.

I rented a family villa with three bedrooms and can accommodate at least 5 people. The villa also has a lovely garden and a very comfortable private swimming pool. It is very suitable for children to come to vacation. In addition, parking is available at the entrance of each villa. The villa area There is also a large public swimming pool. In addition, I rented a few motorcycles from the landlord. It only takes 5 minutes to ride from the hotel to the commercial area. There is also my favorite gym Action Point nearby, and it is close to the famous Nai Harn beach and park. It’s only a 10-minute drive away. The point is that it’s not as busy and crowded as the Patong area, and you can have spectacular natural scenery when you have a bike ride, and too many options for cafe restaurants and massages around here, the Landlord is very nice and friendly, I really love them.

This review is going to be fair and honest. Pros - The stay fit gym and staff were amazing. Especially my personal trainer Marie and the front desk staff. Stay Green cafe staff and food were amazing. The staff were courteous and friendly. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. Finally, the stay Physio clinic was amazing. The staff were great, accommodating, and delivered amazing service. The clinic manager should train some of the front desk staff on how to treat customers. My physiotherapist and the nurse were both amazing and very helpful. Cons - The housekeeping department needs to be retrained ( some housekeeping staff were great) but it took them entirely too long to clean the rooms. Plus the cleaning time wasn’t consistent. Some staff cleaned well but a couple would leave dirty cups in the room and I had the same bar of soap for like 10 days before I finally asked one of the housekeepers to give me a new one. I was locked out of my room twice because the batteries in the door died. Problem was the second time I was locked out was two days after the first incident which means the batteries were old. The HandiGo app chat. What a joke it would take them 45 minutes plus to respond. Unless you have a dedicated member of staff handling the chat just do away with it. Finally, the rude front desk staff member who checked me out. Instead of diffusing a situation he escalated the situation by talking over me and being very defensive. I am the customer and if I am showing respect give it back do not argue with me and talk over me. He should not be in any part of customer service. Did the good outweigh the bad with my stay absolutely. But do not get so comfortable to think that retraining doesn’t need to happen.

This is the cleanest B&B I have ever stayed in. I can see that all the good reviews are from the bottom of my heart. The boss is very considerate and considerate. Before I even arrived in Phuket, he had already helped me book airport transfers, car rentals, sea tours, and elephant parks. It was the peak season when I came, so it was a lot of worry when I arrived😊! The boss and his wife are Chinese, cheerful and talkative, and very pleasant to communicate with. They help and patiently answer all questions, and also give itinerary suggestions. They are very considerate and considerate. We went there as a family. My elderly family has very high requirements for hygiene. After we checked in, we felt it was very clean. The room also has a kitchen and refrigerator, and the facilities are also very complete. I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

These days when we travel overseas, we need a place to stay that is like an ally or even a friend. Phuket Riviera was the ideal spot for us (family of three with baby) to arrive. Everyone that works there was super kind and helpful. Well before we arrived they helped us with all the requirements we needed. When we got there we arrived to a clean two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool in the perfect location. We know Phuket a bit as we have been many times and Nai Harn area is the best for families with the nicest beaches. This hotel also allows dogs if you got one. The room we had included a highchair and crib which was the icing on the cake. To give one example of how helpful they are, I left my charing cable in the room. When I called to ask, they sent it that date by post and did not even charge me for the post. We will be back!

We stayed in August as a family of 4. This hotel is fantastic. Suite was huge, decorated to such a high standard with a Thai feel. The room facilities were amazing, everything you’d expect from a 5 star suite. We could have held a dinner party! I loved the own branded water, such a nice touch and emphasises the ‘above and beyond’ approach we experienced here. We loved the pool area and the sun trap around the pool. The owner and staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location for many areas and they can even assist with trip bookings. The chilled out vibe of the coffee shop was perfect for lazy mornings. We’re already planning a return visit next year! Highly recommend.
