Отдыхали в данном отеле в феврале 2023 года 11 ночей. Знали куда летим и все нюансы, но приятная цена за новый отель сделала свое дело) При заселении взымается депозит 100 $ или €. В период нашего проживания частично работали 2 корпуса с однокомнатными номерами. Но к концу отдыха, корпус с двухкомнатными номерами у бассейна начали отмывать и заселять. Всего будет 8 корпусов. Мы жили во втором корпусе, в котором находится временный ресепшен. Все корпуса построены. Есть внутренняя отделка и даже мебель. Никакой стройки и шума нет. Полностью отель начнёт работу только в марте 2024 года. Наш номер находился на втором этаже, окна выходили на дорогу. Но так как корпуса отеля расположены на тупиковой улочке, всегда очень тихо. Напротив нет построек, растут бананы и по утрам поют птицы. Это теневая сторона. Окна противоположных номеров выходили на бассейн, там всегда солнце. На мой взгляд отель вполне готов к размещению гостей. В нашем номере мы жили первые. Все новое, чистое. Приятный интерьер (качество ремонта не самое лучшее, но это мелочи). Сами номера довольно просторные. Есть все необходимое: халат, тапочки, питьевая вода, гигиенические принадлежности. Кухня особо не нужна, но в целом было удобно мыть и хранить фрукты.. другую еду и напитки. Ничего из кухонной утвари там нет, кроме 2х кружек и ложек. Но мы сами купили все необходимое (нож, доска, губка, фужеры и тд), цены там на все копеечные. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Из тв каналов работал только Первый. Убирают прилично, вопросов особо не было. В первый день показала, где получше помыть - все сделали. Единственное, что меня немного смущало -это, действительно, громко работающий кондиционер. Но,в целом, к нему быстро привыкаешь и перестаешь обращать внимание. И еще не понравилось, что в жилых корпусах до сих пор не отмыты окна на лестницах, очень портит общий вид(( Бассейн многоуровневый, у каждого корпуса. Уже полностью функционирует. Есть детский бассейн. Бар у бассейна работал, но были только напитки. Местоположение отеля на мой взгляд очень удачное. До кафе, магазинов пешком несколько минут, но при этом сам отель стоит в очень тихом месте. В целом нужно понимать, что район Раваи и Найхарн будут прилично отличаться от районов Карон, Каты и Патонга. Здесь более тихо и спокойно. Но, лично нам наш район очень нравился. Рядом хороший пляж Найхарн, множество кафе с самым разнообразным меню, рыбный рынок со свежайшими морепродуктами. Находится в самом начале пляжа Раваи, где пирс. Покупаете морепродукты и там же в кафе их готовят. На удивление, всегда вкусно в основном. Приготовить 1 кг морепродуктов -100 бат. 0,5 кг -75 бат. В отеле есть бесплатный трансфер на пляж Найхарн. Добираться туда максимум 5 минут. Пляжные полотенца можно брать на ресепшен. Пляж красивый, широкий. Море очень чистое. Есть лежаки по 200 бат за 2 шт. Так же недалеко расположен пляж Януй (находится между пляжем Раваи и Найхарн). Но он очень небольшой. Там можно взять в аренду каяки или поснорклить. Мимо него пр

I arrived at the hotel at night. There was no one in the lobby and I was really scared. It's in a place of the countryside. I did not see any other individual travelers. There are only tourist groups. The hotel room is perfect. It's a villa with a separate pool.

I read some of the negative reviews of this place and was a little anxious about how our stay would be. I think most of the villas are more or less the same, some have a bit of garden (not a massive amount of space, to be honest) and some have 3 bedrooms rather than 2, so the bad reviews worried us. However, from the initial contact with the reception staff - very friendly - to the overall cleanliness and care taken by the staff, I think this is a great place to stay. Yes, you have to sign off an inventory, but then you have to pay for damages or losses in hotels, too, so I can't understand why people would complain about that. The only difference is a small deposit but we were fine with that. The villas are clean, the kitchen area really well equipped, and details such as the decorations, free bikes, washing machine, make a huge difference to the overall experience. While we were there a couple of things went wrong and the staff responded and fixed them within minutes. Others have also complained about the breakfast provided. We thought it was great. Lots of choices, fresh coffee machine, both western and Thai food (definitely something we want, and I'm sure others do, too), fresh fruit, and decent pastries. There was nothing to dislike unless you're really fussy about what you eat. Our daughter, who's almost 3, loved playing in the play area and the pool. She didn't want to spend hours in there, but we thought it was distracting enough for her each day, and she always wanted to end the day there. The free activities such as drawing and face painting were wonderful and I hope these continue. I do agree with some comments that maintenance is needed on some of the equipment but it's fine for a short time. There's only one complaint we would make, and this has been addressed elsewhere. The steps in the pool are made of compacted small stones, and these are definitely coming loose and can cut your feet and legs if you're not careful. I believe this has been mentioned enough times so I'm sure it can be resolved soon. But I guess it means draining the pools and closing the villas while it's done, so it's not going to happen overnight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, were impressed with the accommodation and facilities, and would recommend it to anyone with children who want some distractions without having to go far.

Booked 3 days here back in February for only $36 USD per night. The location is directly in the center of Rawai Beach. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. However, you will need a taxi or motorcycle to get to Yanui Beach or Nai Hairn Beach. Big room with lots of space. Bathtub in the shower. Big balcony. Nice sized pool with warm water. Only downside was wifi didn't work in my room so I frequently had to go to the lobby for internet access.

Jovalik is a laid-back Thai village away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger resort hotels. We really enjoy living here. We also wholeheartedly recommend this place. Near the pier, you can buy delicious seafood.

All the apartments (over 200) are privately owned so every one is furnished differently. The letting is a combination of owner direct Airbnb and through the managing agents. Only those through the agent is serviced and the staff dont go out of their way to help guests staying in privately owned units. The complex is across the road from the beach, but Rawai Beach is not suitable for swimming however yanui beach is 1.5km away and it's beautiful. The apartments on the western side of the complex get very hot in the afternoons and many do not have views. I would suggest block A, C or E eastern side. Many ground floor units have pool access. Good value. Only the managed units get a weekly clean.

For those who like the title, it is definitely a treasure hotel. We have stayed in Phuket several times. We must set a suite. The price has increased by more than 100, but one room and one living room are too comfortable. You can cook in the room. The next noodles in the morning can be. There are many supermarkets nearby 7-11, and there is also a laundry room. You can wash a kilogram for 10 yuan. There is Rawai Beach at the door, you can't swim, but you can catch crabs when the tide is low. This is a pleasure. The water in the pool is very clean. Go out and walk to the left for a while, about ten minutes? You can go to the pier, the long trestle bridge stretches out to the sea, and the sunset scenery is very charming. Suitable for vacation and playing with other beaches.
