Great location is abt 5-10 mins to kata beach and the cliff cafe. Nearby have many restaurants to eat. There is also 2 7-11 nearby. The hotel room is clean, big and quiet. Hotel provides great breakfast which my whole family enjoyed a lot. There is small accident happened during the stay, and hotel management are very helpful and provide all necessary and urgent arrangements and support to help my family. Much appreciate! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at the hotel, spacious rooms and lovely swimming pools and pool bars. We would’ve loved to see more pictures f a variety during breakfast time, too many of the same dishes especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Better shuttle service to the beach would’ve been great too, there are only 4 opportunities each day to take the shuttle bus to the beach nearby and back to the hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bang Tao and they had a shuttle service going to the market and beach at all times, this made it just nicer to plan your day and a wonderful extra service from the Hilton. Rooms have very little privacy, although the views are incredible, you have to keep your blinds closed at all times otherwise the room opposite you can look directly into your bedroom which just spoiled having these great windows and views. Overall good stay and was quite relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

Airport Beach Hotel is in a fantastic location especially for those flying in late at night or with an early departure. The hotel is very clean and modern with a good breakfast offered. The staff was very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The only complaint I have is the bathtub/shower area which was terribly designed as the entire bathroom gets flooded when the water runs off the tub on onto the floor.

I'm ****, I should have read the opinions before booking. Wifi is not always available and the opinions have pointed to this problem. What is disgusting is that the staff led us on board and MENTI for several days pretending a momentary decrease of the network or then rain time!!! ??? If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

A good hotel, close to the beach, the night market and the famous Bangla Road Street, a lot of exchangers are nearby, if you can always find a profitable price. Also a number of supermarkets and regular fruit shops. The bail can be left in both local currency and in dollars, euros and rubles (5000 rubles) Staff on respiratory not very social, in Russian does not speak, only in English. Take the room + breakfast, breakfast is the same day, but there is always eggs and fruits for which a big plus. There is a pleasant pool if you don't want to go to the beach in the heat. The room is simple but cozy. Fen, teapot, safe is. Cleaning was every day, with floor washing. Only once we didn't get water. Overall it's all right.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. Holiday Inn Express Patong is my preferred accommodation when I am in Patong. I have tried other hotels but they do not compare for price, location and amenities. You can literally smell the sea air and fell the sea spray from the hotel. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are a good size and offer all of the mod cons a seasoned traveller would expect.

Nice hotel tucked away from busy bustling part of Phuket. Shuttle service is provided to bring guests out to beach or boat avenue. There's a few nice cafes and restaurant around boat avenue areas. Staff are attentive and always helpful to provide guidance on where to go, what to do. Definitely worth coming back for another stay :) Special call-out to some of the hotel staff - Kig on her friendliness, Cee for his great recommendation for local cuisine and Tangkwa, Big, Num, Baitoey for showing great hospitality. They simply and always put customers in their thoughts and ensured we have a great stay! Thanks for making this a memorable trip for me.

Best hotel we have been so far in Thailand. Great breakfast, nice pool on the rooftop and gym well equipped. Street food just front of the hotel. Ah, and super nice shower gel and shampoo in hotel!
