The location is good, in town center. Towel is not provided, 30B to rent one. Drinking water is not provided. No kitchen are, no refrigerator to store food.

The experience was truly very excellent. The staff were very friendly and the rooms are very clean. I will definitely be staying in the same place again if I visit Phuket next time

Great location, lovely staff. I was upgraded to the girl's dorm and could work in the restaurant area. Coin washer available and a place to hang your clothes. Beds a bit hard, nevertheless I slept surprisingly well. Unfortunately no water dispenser in the hostel so you need to fill up on those 1 Baht street dispenser or buy your water. They seemed to have some bed bug issues a while ago, however when I was there, my roommate and me noticed nothing.

the location and service are pretty good, they are always kind to provide any information you need.

Great location close to most of the tourist attractions....If you got a scooter it makes exploring the neighbouring attractions a breeze. The downside is aircon is only available at 7pm onwards. Highly recommend for Solo traveller.
