Bella Nara Phuket Naiyang Beach

Great hotel on the wonderful Nai Yang beach, close to the airport (7 minutes). The location couldn't be better: the beach is just across the road, 7/11 is to the left, and Tops is to the right. They have bicycles available for beautiful rides along the sea and forest, and on the adjacent jungle paths.

The location is excellent, with a beach nearby and many cafes to suit all tastes. The hotel itself is very clean, and the cleaning service is top-notch. We stayed for a couple of days after arriving, before heading to Ao Yon beach. The pool is a bit small, but good enough for sunbathing and relaxing. We mostly spent our time at the beach. Breakfast is generally good; perhaps some aesthetes, gourmets, or picky eaters might find fault, but for us, it was fine. We'll definitely be back to this hotel for five days before our flight home.

Overall, the hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. The gym is a bit basic but it's available 24/7, which is a plus. The pool is just average. The hotel is spread across many different buildings, and I was assigned to Building B, which only goes up to the 3rd floor. So, even if I had requested a high floor, there wouldn't have been much of a view. The interior decoration has a more Chinese style. It's close to the airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride to Phuket International Airport. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and plenty of massage shops. The beach is also within walking distance.

A wonderful hotel: right across from the sea, cafes, and massage parlors. The room has everything you need: toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, comb, bathrobes, and slippers. There are even beach flip-flops, umbrellas, and a beach bag. The room also has a kettle, tea, and coffee. The hotel has almost no grounds; it's all taken up by pools, but that's not an issue since the most important thing is the sea anyway. There's also a gym. Breakfasts are superb: lots of fruits, meats, and standard breakfast fare. One caveat: there's currently noisy construction on the north side of the hotel, and inside, one pool is cordoned off, with the area in front of it undergoing renovation. However, if your windows face the courtyard or a neighboring hotel, you won't hear the construction.

The front desk service was terrible! I'm really unhappy! I don't know if they're discriminating against Chinese people. I stayed in four hotels in Phuket this trip, and this was the only one where I felt mistreated. Definitely a bad review! Bad review! Bad review! Bad review! Bad review! Bad review! I feel severely offended! So angry 😡

Beautiful grounds with lots of greenery and several pools. Good, varied breakfast. The beach is a 5-minute walk across the road. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around, plus a Tops and 7-11... We liked everything, we'll definitely visit again... It's 30km to Festival (shopping mall).

Everything was great – clean, tidy, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service! The sea is only 30 meters from the hotel, and the views are amazing! The staff are friendly and attentive!!! Breakfasts were good. I really loved this hotel!!!

One of my favorite hotels in Phuket, a bit of a hidden gem due to its distance from Patong. But if you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place, especially with a room that has direct pool access.
