The staff are lovely but noisy and the room is very dusty.

If I didn't bring my own dirty sleeping bag, I would have to change to another hotel even if I wasted the room fee. But the Chinese believe in not wasting, but they also don't like to spend money wrongly! A very nice hotel complex.

Location of the hotel is good, but the overall standard of the accommodation and services was poor. First we (family of 3) were allocated a room in what seemed to be an annex from the main hotel and facilities, so we requested a move. There did not seem to be that many customers but reception staff seemed very reluctant and unhelpful. Eventually got moved to a room in the main building, on the third floor at the end of a long corridor ending with a window without any glass! It was a small double room but they moved an extra bed in. Along with suitcases the room became very cramped. Our troubles were only beginning. Linen, towels and toiletries etc were only supplied on request (at reception as there was no phone in the room). Overall we were glad when then end of our four day stay arrived. Will never come back this this hotel!
