Location is convenient and the Neighbourhood is very clean with beautiful lakes and woods. Just that the room can be noisy at night with the air con n traffic outside

Base rate is cheap, then they add 400tb electricity charge per night plus the 1300tb ‘cleaning fee’, absurd considering it’s not that clean. Rooms are a bit dated, the balconies have 3 large AC units blowing hot air constantly, so you can’t sit outside while keeping the rooms cool. Bugs in the bathroom. Just a weird vibe about the place and clearly many people complaining about odd smells. Needs new management and an overhaul.

The one bedroom apartment was nice for a short week stay. Good location. Walking distance to Boat Avenue and Bang Tao beach. Good receptionist. Nice big bathroom/dressing area that actually has a full body mirror for those that care!
The only con for me was that my room was directly opposite the Hilton so I felt a bit encaved at times. It also would help if the room had some cleaning supplies like a broom and mop.
I would stay again if I knew my view wouldn’t be the Hilton.

The hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t stay again due to the additional charges. By the time you add on the extra charge for electricity and the 1,000 baht mandatory cleaning fee, you might as well stay at a nicer hotel because the price would end up the same. It’s only economical if you are staying long term, want to cook your own meals, and don’t plan on using the AC. If that’s the case, the rooms are great, location is in the middle of the beach and main *****. Pool and gym facilities aren’t bad.
