I stayed for 5 nights, and it was a very pleasant experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with a lovely swimming pool. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would be happy to recommend this property.

Due to a typhoon, my flight was canceled, forcing me to stay in Phuket for two extra days. Since my original hotel wouldn't extend my stay at the original price (it was almost double), I rebooked two nights at this hotel instead. The hotel is located in a small alley off the main street of Patong, and it's quite quiet. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bar street and Jungceylon shopping center, but a bit further to the beach, around 20 minutes. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, and the room was quite spacious but had a somewhat dark ambiance. The hotel breakfast was average, comparable to what you'd find at a chain budget hotel in China. The swimming pool is pretty standard for a resort in Phuket; it's fine for a swim but nothing special. The service attitude was good. Initially, I was given an accessible room, but they quickly accommodated my request to switch to a regular room. The mini-fridge in the room was restocked daily with three cans of Sprite, Coke, Fanta, and bottled water.

The location is one of the property’s strongest advantages—tucked just far enough from the busy Patong nightlife to ensure peace and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of Bangla Road, shopping areas, and the beach. This makes it ideal for travelers who want both accessibility and a calm retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and good amenities. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient, maintaining a high standard throughout the stay. The pool area stands out as a highlight—well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. Service across the resort was courteous and professional. Staff were approachable, responsive, and always willing to assist with requests, which added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a mix of local and international options, though it could benefit from slightly more variety for longer stays. Overall, R-Mar Resort and Spa offers excellent value for money, particularly for travelers seeking a peaceful stay in a central location. It strikes a good balance between affordability, comfort, and accessibility, making it a strong choice for both short and extended visits to Phuket.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel environment was lovely and felt very safe. The spa was a real treat, and it was a huge plus that some of the staff spoke Chinese, making communication incredibly smooth. I was genuinely surprised by how excellent this hotel was for the price. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Overall a good stay in a good location. We loved the pool and swim up bar. Hotel is nice and quiet with friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Really nice hotel in the centre of Pa Tong. The hotel is really quiet but the staff are lovely. Definitely take advantage of the happy hour deals as drinks can be quite pricey

This hotel is located on Patong Beach in Phuket. The pool is huge, and the service is excellent. The rooms are well-equipped. While the hotel isn't far from the beach as the crow flies, it's situated down a very winding alley, making it a bit tricky to find. You also have to take a roundabout route to get to the beach.

Excellent location right in the heart of Patong but also far enough away from the noise. Great pool and food and drink options. Breakfast was great, eating by the pool. Room was clean with good aircon. Nice balcony. Hotel felt safe with a mix from people in all countries. Reasonable prices for food. Few restaurants close by and massage that are cheap. We will definitely come back.

This is a cozy spot amidst the hustle and bustle of Patong, where you can't hear the outside noise. The location is right next to everything! Excellent!

The food is good, better than most Thai restaurants in Beijing.
