Best Western Patong Beach Reviews

This hotel has the best location—just steps away from all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Super convenient! The service was amazing—the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend for couples looking for a vibrant and relaxing getaway.

Walking distance to the mall as well as the beach. There is a bus stop to get to Phuket old town by the Patong Beach at B40 per entry, disregard which stop u get off at. Jungceylon is around 200m away. Breakfast could be improved..

The hotel reception area. The wall decor is nice. But there isn't any air con as it is very hot... Even in the only restaurant which is the coffee house also no air-con. Night time is ok but not during day time.. They should not do any open cooking at the dining area cos this make the half of the dining area stuffy with smoke n hot...(Under the roof) They should do it in the kitchen...These make things better n your gUests will definately appreciate it. The room have shower but no bathtub. Room consider small but the toilet is gOod enough.

Stay a night before going go club med phuket, location is fantastic, just s short walking distance to Jungceylon and Bangla street. Breakfast variety is good.

This is the best hotel for the money in Patong. The staff are so kind and friendly, the room was spotless clean, the pool has a great view of the mountains and the ocean. Best location too. I also had a security incident outside the hotel and I called the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help me. I would give them 10 ⭐ if I could.

Great location. Pool and bar area fantastic The room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon each day which wasn't ideal with a 1 year old. Breakfast was limited for the English. However I would consider returning
