Rawai Private Villas - Pools and Garden Reviews

The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up. We used Grab Food for some of our meals and that was super convenient. Delivery personnel never had problems finding our villa during our stay. Parking space is a little bit squeezy along the small road outside the villa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did had an issue one night when the water pump at our villa failed and we had no running water for that night. Facility engineer was only available during working hours and we had to wait until next morning when one was sent to our villa to fix the issue. The engineer was very knowledgeable and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Other than that it was a great stay, one that I will very much like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff who had supported us during our stay.

The place is so calm and amazing, private, safe, calm, but it's a bit far away from some attractions, you get 2 bicycles for a Villa, but you could hardly have them if the property is full booked or at high occupancy, however, Overall the Villas are a very calm place to stay

Although the property provides everything that is essential, the furniture and contents are a bit worn out. The interior looks a bit gloomy. The air-conditioning is excellent. However the water in the bathroom is very weak. The hot water is not hot enough especially at night time when we come back from outside and we want to take a hot shower before going to bed.

There are no shops or restaurants near the hotel. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach. The location is ok, the room is clean, and the service is okay.

Beautiful, clean, very livable. Near the sea, near the food market, convenient travel.

The villa fully met my expectations, it was clean and cozy. Four bathrooms, three showers, three bedrooms.

The location of the room is a little bit off, but the price/performance ratio is high. The room is also relatively clean. Someone cleans it every day. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and they also help with washing dishes. The service is good. But the lighting in the hall is darker at night. There is also no lock on the garden gate. The staff said there is no need to lock it, but we still bought the lock ourselves. Convenient to go to Rawai Seafood Market.

The accommodations are clean, the staff welcomes and gives good advice, speaking from a polite manner. The hotel area is near a place to buy fresh food.

We rested from April 15 to April 30, 2024. The staff was responsive and very kind to us. During our stay, we had several requests that were resolved very quickly and efficiently by the hotel staff. I highly recommend this villa for a long-term holiday. The only problem was the knives, but buying a new knife in the cheap market is not difficult. Prices are cheap.

The service is very good. We need to leave the hotel at 6 o'clock in the morning. After informing the lady at the front desk, we arranged for the staff to bring the deposit to check out at 5:40 that morning, so that we don't have to go to the front desk. It is very considerate. But it is better than the previous few days. The VIP hotel in Delavi is a bit older. There are not many people there at night.

Good environment, good service, cheap price
